Came here to try out some donuts while visiting from Canada. Was told that the donuts in the USA taste way better than in Canada. Flavour was very plain. I asked for 4 different types of donuts with one of them being a chocolate glaze. The donut was dry and had no glaze at all. The rest was also dry and had no flavour to them. Sticking to my Tim’s lol

They didn't make my coffee the way i ordered it, when brought up to the staff they didn't attempt to even help me out..eventually got a staff member to fix my order but it was awful customer service...when you give a customer a wrong order you should fix it.

The WHITE GUY with the BEARD is rude! The way he talked to the customers is unacceptable! What kind of service do you have? Your company reputation will go down because of him! We visited your restaurant Sunday, March 10 between 2-3pm. Check your employee and give them a proper training on how to deal with your loyal customers.
Went in for a donut and coffee, there was literally like 5 donuts on the shelves, LOL. And didn't even get greeted by server. Just turned around and walked out.

Accidentally purchased two coffees last week on the app when I only needed one. The lady told me she would put the sticker in back with my name on it to redeem my 2nd purchase at another time. Went today (Feb 24th 2024 @12:56pm) to redeem it and the lady on the mic wouldn’t believe me, even after I offered to show the receipt, they asked me to describe what the lady who told me that orginally, looked like. I didn’t feel comfortable describing the lady as I only seen her once and could only remember her having brown hair, which is not descriptive enough and could’ve been anyone there. The only other thing I remembered about her was her being quite heavy and possibly some tattoos, maybe which I really didn’t want to say and be offensive. Come to find out, when I pulled up to window, the lady on the mic was the lady who promised me the coffee. When she recognized me she was very snippy and rude. The lady on the register was also very rude and condescending. Oh and the cofee was bitter.

My friend and I went for a trip and of course we have to try this famous donuts !!!! My friend didnt like it but me omg!!!! They were soo good and i dont eat donuts at all!!! .The service was dull we went at 6pm so i think the girls might be tired for a long day of work.I bought some coffee beans and french vanilla for my sis and my bf .The price was good around $30 usa dlrsWe went to the washroom all dirty and no toilet paper one start for this ⭐️. Sorry .The donuts were great , great presentation and flavor, day 2 and still good not hard as some donuts and this were from the trip from buffalo , NY to Toronto. So Still tasty .

I am very disappointed I come to this location very often usually good service. today I came around 6:30 PM to get coffee and food. I ordered the hazelnut iced coffee and snack bacon. the drink was made horribly, tasted like creamer. as I asked for a remake, the blonde girl gave me attitude. “i made it how i’m suppose to.”I told her that every time I came here it was made properly and she made it wrong. She then remade the drink, angrily, throwing things around and rushing.I got the drink again… tasted awful. I didn’t want to bother her again. I got my bacon which was raw. I went through the drive-through and asked for a new one. The man apologized, so overall the blonde short girl had an attitude and was miserable, rushing my order carelessly. as well as her hair in my food. Her hair was a rats nest. I’m so disappointed Blondie needs more training.
