Waitress was great.. the onion rings were good, but the new Messi Chicken sandwich was the worst.. it looks like they mashed Chicken breast into submission then they over cooked it had the tendency of shoe leather.. it tasted funny... and I don't mean haha funny.

Hard Rock Cafe has held a special place in my heart for as long as I can remember, but after the incredible experience I had thanks to David’s exceptional help, it's skyrocketed to the top of my list. David’s dedication and kindness in helping me retrieve my lost hat on eclipse day truly went above and beyond. It's not just about the great food and atmosphere anymore; it's about the genuine care and support you receive from the staff. Hard Rock Cafe Niagara, with David leading the charge, has won me over completely. I can't thank them enough for making my visit unforgettable. This place is an absolute gem, and I'll be singing its praises to everyone I know!

I ordered chicken fajitas which was good average 8 of 10 but the condiments where disappointed the guacamole was gray and brown so i remove the guacamole apart to se if it was only outside but it was all the lettuce was brown so I ask the waitress about the problem and she try to resolve but it was the same

Pas du tout dans l’esprit « hard rock café » que l’on peut connaître dans d’autres villes. Accueil désagréable et peu avenant de la part de la personne à l’accueil. Des tables libres et des serveurs disponibles mais on nous inflige tout de même une attente de 30mns min. Pas bcp d’options dans le coin, nous y sommes restés à contre cœur.

An unexpectedly nice dinner near the falls. Keep in mind, if you visit in the off season, which apparently is now, restaurants do not stay open for long hours...enter HRC. We ordered... Oreo chocolate shake Cedar plank salmon with veggies Berry salad Impossible burger with fries All were good but probably the least enjoyed was the salad. Light lettuce just isn't my thing vs darker greens. The kids really loved the rock memorabilia in the space and our server was very nice!
Fantastic bar tender, however they were understaffed for waitstaff and bus. Food took a bit of waiting as well. Drinks were great. Love the decor. Music videos they were playing were not "Hard Rock". More contemporary artists.

Booked a reservation with friends before they opened for hours later. When we got there they refused to honor our reservation and told us to wait another 45 minutes for a table. We walked out. Terrible customer service as there was a short tempered staff at the door and didn't even bother to cancel or call people who made reservations.
