Mouth watering and all and the girl rubbed her nose before she touched my pizza to adjust it in the box smh can u say mad!!!! Than the guy ( idk if he a manager ) gone say nobody touched you pizza like I lied. I politely told him I’m not making a scene just give me my money. Now the guy watching me eat my sub from Charley’s lol

When I asked her for her name she said she didn’t have to give it to me. The workers were laughing at us. Would not recommend them at all! HORRIBLE!!!

We went to Prime Outlet in Niagara Falls on 12/2/2023. The food was absolutely disgusting, we waited over 15 minutes for our food, and when we asked about the wait the manager came and screamed at us and basically threw our food at us. When I asked her for her name she said she didn’t have to give it to me. The workers were laughing at us. Would not recommend them at all! HORRIBLE!!!

Eat here a couple times a week since I work in the mall. Food is always tasty and service is always incredibly friendly. Current staff is some of the friendliest in the Falls.

I will NEVER go back here! To my surprise, they charged me an additional 3% to pay with my credit card! It's the cost of doing business to accept credit cards but they're pushing it onto the customer! Not only they're pricey, the pizza maker guy Alfredo, who I was told is the owners son, loudly laughed at me and shook his head and said, "unbelievable" while walking back into the kitchenbecause I asked the cashier about the 3% service charge. Unbelievably rude with a lot to learn in customer service!The Roadside Diner will be opening soon in the factory outlet mall food next to larosa and I'm looking forward to it.

Service was average at best no real personality to speak of. Pizza I had gotten 4 slices 1 pepperoni, 2 cheese, and margarita style. Overall the margarita style was 6.4 great taste good crisp. Cheese 6.1 the dough I know is the same but the crisp wasn't the same on the slices. Overall not bad place to get quick lunch prices was about $4 per slice for basic and speciality slice $4.50 per
Pizza is pretty good. Prices out of touch and not a very good value. Recently went from $5 a slice to $6+ a slice. Buzzy's pizzeria on the Blvd does 3 slices AND a drink for $5! La Rosa's is going to put itself out of business. I work at the mall and will be choosing other options. Shame because pizza is pretty decent. Cannot recommend at their current price point. Just no value.

Today around 11:30 we bought a slice of pizza for my son, it was the only thing he ate today and within an hour he started vomiting. Which indicates that it was reheated pizza and not stored in the correct way.The 3 hour ride home was a nightmare thanks to LAROSA PIZZA

I’ve been coming here for years. I have always had a great experience. The young lady told me to have the best day ever. She’s always so nice when I get lunch! Customer service is always amazing! The food is excellent and so delicious. I always look forward to getting my lunch here!! Highly recommend!!

The food here is AMAZING!!! I don’t normally feel the need to comment my opinion about restaurants .. but people just NEED to know about this place ! The pizza (especially the buffalo chicken) is cooked to perfection every time I come, and the girls up front always serve the food with a smile! Highly recommend coming here :)
