Fools. I wanted to walk with my partner from the Hilton for a little fries to treat us. 2 Kms in the rain to get MCDo at 12:00 am. Because I didn't have my car which was left at the hotel, they didn't want to serve me even through the driver's way window. The manager has no empathy and is hiding behind a supposed company policy. If this is your policy, you should consider the fact that many people do not have a car by choice or cannot afford one. You have no respect for your customers in this way. Such a shame. Thank you to Tim Hortons for accepting me this evening with my partner.

There is no change table. You’ll have to change your baby on the bathroom floor. For a family restaurant this is unacceptable.

Ordered a single drink and after they filled it they sat there and I watched them all have a conversation and leave the drink sitting there for at least 5 minutes before they realized I was standing there staring at them just having a conversation. The employees seemed to have no care to quickly get out there orders and seem to work on their own time. I then watched the do this to several other orders after me. And unfortunately I can’t say this is the first time this happened either. I understand that it makes no sense to write a review over a drink but I feel if you work somewhere where you’re dealing with food and customers you should show a little more care in your work and not make it seem like you’re forced to be there

I always enjoy what u order...their good with having the food taste the same every visit....unfortunately at this location ever since they did the Renovations the staff seems to have changed also....they give more attitude and have no issues discussing inappropriate conversations with customers that really shouldn't be spoke about at the work place...never mind the eye rolling if u happen to ask to use the "PUBLIC" restroom.
Been coming here they last week and was good at first then the last couple trips have been a nightmare constantly forgetting parts of the order screwing up order today I had a large order and they gave my 4 heavy drinks on a in restaurant tray instead of a drink tray the. Handed me a tray with food the drinks spilled all over me and all the staff did was stand there I asked for a manager and he was extremely dismissive of the situation didn’t even offer a napkin to clean up myself he was so rude I have never encountered a manager with a pourAttitude towards a situation that their staff causedThere was also human faeces all over the play place my child saw it from another child wiping it all over and the staff did nothing I couldn’t let my kids use the play place because it was not cleaned up and they keep letting kids in not sanitary at all
I think the new policy of asking to go to the washroom is rather ridiculous. Makes me feel like I am in public school again. Where I have to ask my teacher to use the washing very inconvenient but I did overhear one of the employees on night shift. Say it's to ween out all the junkies. I quote which I found rather. Ridiculous as they seem to be stereotyping.Every single person they see can barely even use the washroom.Havent even sat on the toilet yet before Someone's already knocking on the door.. It's very embarrassing, as nobody should be walking into the washroom.While it's being used ...boys, girls or co,ed/family washroom doesn't matter.It's unacceptable and needs to be adjusted. I also noticed that there is a sharp East container in each washing as well. So people should notice that and realize that they are there, so people can use their insulin or whatever type of medication. Needles, they need to use. This is not something that is illegal. But many people misconstrue reality As everyone seems to think they are a lawyer or police officer

McDonald’s is a very very old famous fast food reader kids back in the 80’s 90’s it became very famous in Canada I remember in the early 2000 and 2010 I use to buy McDonalds all the time due to the pricing and cost we use to save money now I can’t even buy McDonald’s for my kids the way it’s so expensive I rather go to Burger King everyday for a deal it’s ridiculous now….. pricing is way to heavy the kids can’t enjoy it no more it’s sad
