I placed an order through the app, hoping to save time. I arrived 10 minutes later, and let them know at the front counter I had arrived, and they said it would be 15-20 minutes. I then watched a dozen customers arrive after me, place their orders in person, and have their orders made. They didn't even start my order until a half hour later when no one was in line. And this wasn't a large order (1 meal+2 kids meals). What a ridiculous way to treat a customer. The icing on the cake is that one of the kids'meals was missing its treat.

Me and my wife both got food poisoning from this place within 30 mins of eating here we were both vomiting with sharp stomach pain. Never again. This Moe's location ruined it for us.

This place is a joke. 1.99 for extras and they give you a teaspoon, not kidding, a teaspoon of whatever extra you ask for.The steak was gray in color, didn't feel safe to ask for it.6.98 for an extra half-spoonfull of protein.I asked for the bowl and they served very little rice and beans. They filled the spoon them dropped half of it back.The staff was really nice though, but their servings and portions are a complete joke.The place was dirty and dingy.Nope, nope, and nope.

Hidden away in Niagara Falls, this Moe's is clean, the staff are polite and funny and the food has been outstanding every time. Easily one of my favourite spots to grab some food.
