Went there last night, hostess sat us at a table where we waited for 25 mins for a server then one of them said who has this table they all looked at us, waited 15 mins more since they acknowledged us, still not one server came by. If you want to waste your time go to this place.

I am DISGUSTED. My friend and I came here for lunch and half way through, a skinny looking mouse came waltzing from the back and started strolling through the restaurant. It went over to another table and was crawling over another customers feet… Our waitress was super nice, but she acknowledged that there was a mouse and referred to it as their friend who normally only comes out after close… sorry but that’s appalling, at a restaurant? All 4 employees were visibly very nonchalant about this “friend”. She asked her manager to do something and she replied with “what am i going to do? chase it?”. It was not our waitresses fault at all, but clearly management is not handling this appropriately. Gross.

I am so impressed that they could have just turned me away, but they still gave me a seat and a menu, and an endless wait! I finally walked out the door. If you don't want to do business, you can sell the store and let a better merchant move in. Never consider any outback stores again, why not Texas Roadhouse?

From start to finish, the experience was underwhelming. Food was bland and overpriced. Service was subpar. At the very least the food was cooked.

Wish we read the reviews before going!!!! As soon as we got in and noticed it was dead on a saturday night I had a feeling the experience was not going to be good. We went for my dad’s birthday as he really wanted to have a blooming onion. Of course online the website does not show the prices, and once we got there we understood why. It was disgustingly overpriced for the most mediocre (at best) food. The blooming onion was ok, but the calamari was disgusting (i’ve never had calamari that i didn’t like) and the no rules pasta that i ordered was absolutely awful. It literally tasted like those frozen pasta meals you get at the grocery store, and for 40$ non the less. Absolutely terrible. My family mentioned the steak was apparently terrible as well, and the service was crap especially for how dead the place was, there just wasn’t an excuse. To say we were extremely dissatisfied with this experience would be an understatement. Spent 100$ on one drink, app and meal that I couldn’t stand. I’ve been to fancy high end italian restaurants and had incredible pasta dishes for less. Being that we are locals we will absolutely steer clear and definitely prevent anyone else from having an awful experience. If you are looking at reviews wondering if you should go here, please go anywhere else. Literally anywhere and you’ll get way better food for either the same price or less…. I wish we just made a blooming onion at home and we wouldn’t have wasted hundreds of dollars.

Food was good but place was dirty. We sat in a booth and had to get our food to go because of the smell and lack of cleanliness.

Our dining experience was a huge disappointment. The food was mediocre (especially the much-hyped steaks), the service was slow (due to understaffing), and the price was exorbitant. The restaurant itself is in a need of refreshing. I can see why there’s only a couple of Outbacks left in Canada.Parking: On-street parking is expensive.

We were in Niagara Falls and walked by the Outback steakhouse. I saw the happy hour sign and it showed some good deals including the blooming onion. So we checked it out. They had drink specials and food specials and we tried most of them. They were not bad. Service was outstanding and we really enjoyed our selves. I would definitely be dropping in again.

Typical outback restaurant. The food was as good and tasty as always. However, the prices were way higher than they usually are, costing about 50% than the last time I went to an Outback. The service was okay. The atmosphere was somewhat depressing, not what you would usually expect from an Outback at happy hour.Vegetarian options: Several options available.Dietary restrictions: Not clearly stated, but available.Parking: Available.Kid-friendliness: Very.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.

Ask for Reagan!!! (Sorry for the spelling) she was professional, personable, kind, attentive, and most importantly hilarious. The menu is very small and expensive even for NF. We came for dinner but after seeing the menu we wanted to find another restaurant as they didnt have many options. We stayed because we had already ordered a bottle of wine so decided to have the blooming onion, it was good but expensive for an app, $19.99. If we didn't have Reagan as our server we would have been disappointed.
