They are sporting a new menu again. The steak sandwich with sautéd onions, peppers and a garlic aioli solved my hunger puzzle. The chicken bacon ranch on ciabatta bread is another great pick. Employees were friendly. The restaurant was very clean but I’m not sure how they make money with multiple people sitting there for hours on end.(admittedly I wasn’t there to witness their lengthy stay but you can tell when an individual makes a place their own living room)Very difficult to find a seat sometimesKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. No toys but nice.

Customer service was great, the cashier was very friendly.They gave us a buzzer - when your order is ready, the buzzer goes off. But when we went to pick up the order after the buzzer went off, it wasn't ready.Atmosphere feels like an old diner, lots of seating.

This rude lady named Sara was so disrespectful towards me and my son. I hope she gets fired for her actions because I hate rude people. Never coming back! And her hair got all in my food and she just made sparky remarks when she where to give me my food.!

I guess they start "closing" 1hr before closing, the staff is too busy sweeping and having personal conversation to take an order and then prepare an order while the customer stands there waiting. They were cleaning all the tables and they had a lysol wipe sitting on every table, llus whatever bleach concentrate they were using on the floors, both of our eyes were nearly bleeding from the chemical blast in the air. Had to run with the food and eat in the car because it was so bad. Came back in to wash our hands, nearly vomited from the chemical smell, and this is a place that prepares food??? Is anyone in charge here?
