“Had some business in Niagara Falls, NY and was looking for a locally-owned restaurant at which to fuel up with some comfort food before driving back to Toronto. The search was harder than expected, with mostly chain joints open on a Sunday. But when I found Simply Soul, I was glad I'd persevered. They have a great menu, and clearly a lot of pride in the kitchen.My fried chicken was top notch - crunchy breading and perfectly moist and juicy inside. “Picking up dinner for my grandparents. They love the fish dinners from here. It's a nice treat for them when everyone else is not up to cooking a big classic southern "sunday" meal. This restaurant mostly caters to omnivores, but there are a lot of vegetarian items. Very limited vegan options, but the owner tests out a couple items occasionally. Highly recommend folks try their food in the shop (dine in or takeout) or even ordering catering.“
