I asked for a pour over and the server said “sure” (which was suspicious because they usually try to convince me to just have the swill from the barrel that they “just brewed”). As I walked away I saw him slyly pour a cup from the barrel and put it under the pour over funnel. About 1 min later he handed it to me. When I said it didn’t taste like a pour over, he said “no problem, I’ll make you another one.” 1 star for the deception, but adding another star for readily making me an actual pour over.

This Starbucks is more expensive than the average Starbucks. Part of the reason is the Niagara Falls tourist fund. The cost gets added into all meals and hotel stays in Niagara Falls.That aside, it's a franchise with food cooked in a glorified toaster oven, fancy coffee with excessive fat and sugar added, and pre-baked pastries they put in paper bags. It's the same at every Starbucks. Enjoy.Dietary restrictions: I eat low carb. And it's absolutely possible here. Although, I do have to smuggle in my saccharine based sweetener since they unofficially banned it.

I didn't get any..it's way overpriced. Still a bit angry how the muffins and such went from normal sized to miniature. Lizzy got some kind of fufu super mocha latte Verdi oat milk cocoa something or another. She liked it. I always prefer a normal "coffee" - go figure.

Came here on a rainy day. Coffee tasted decent. Very nice service, nice seats and tables. Also, the cleanest Starbucks I've seen.
A very nice outlet, very near the Falls. Quality coffee, nice pastries, gracious service.

Cashier ring my order at 10:01am and they gave me the order around 10:45am. The person working the bags was pulling them backwards and not in the order the orders were received. 45 minutes to get a sandwich is ridiculous.
