For me, the same scammers as the other Starbucks at Clifton Hall. Selling the mugs for $11 CAD more than the original price. This is CAD 18.95. So if the price tag is scratched off, it's a made up price. Impossible.
This young lady (employee ) dropped a bag of food and there was the old guys (boss) I’m guessing who started yelling at her called her stupid and telling her to just change the bag and give the customer the same food, it was so loud that we all heard everyone just looked at each other like what is going on and who is this men talking to , I don’t care who he is know one should be talked to the was he was talking to the young lady and I will 100 be talking to labour bored...read full review

We go to Starbucks often and have been to many of their locations, and this is definitely not one of their best. It’s a bit concerning when they ask you for your name, and Adam becomes “Adem” and Courtney becomes “Cortine”. They forgot the cream and sugar in two of our coffees, and my sandwich was haphazardly thrown together.
