The three ladies in the front were very racist and rude. Never go here. The lady later saw us outside the Starbucks in the skyline tower and wouldn’t stop staring at us. Don’t waste your time on worthless people like that.

Overpriced and slow. 20 minute wait and $18.50 for two cups of coffee! Stopped here the morning of eclipse day. We were early, well before the crowds and there were only a few people in the store but the staff was already overwhelmed. I don't blame the employees, but the management. There were only two people working and one was on his first day, obviously untrained. Felt bad for the other employee.

One of the worst starbucks I ever visited in my life. There’s two lady in the store we ordered caramel frappe and she just mixed all the ingredients and give me in the cup with a bit of whipped cream, we don’t get any caramel syrup on top or even in cup. And it taste so weird she put alot of ice.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff are very attentive and seem to be under a lot of pressure from the customers (the customers, from what I have witnessed, are not so kind to the servers).Scarlet was in charge of making my coffee last time. She gave a kind compliment about my hair. Additionally, she was very quick with my order despite a very long line! Seems like a hard worker. The rest of the staff are also very kind.

Very poor service by staff at this Starbucks.Server name was Sacrlet who didn't treated customer well and being rude. Felt like she is doing big favour by giving me coffee.Shopped for $41 here and they didnt have scanner to scan points. After being asked to Scarlet about points she said I am gonna lose those rewards as they didn't have scanner. Also they didnt even add whipcream on my coffee even after asking twice.Pathetic service. I would prefer no coffee over this place.

This is my favorite way to enjoy the view of Niagara Falls! It's like enjoying a fancy dinner with an amazing view from inside the restaurant! We went on a summer evening and purposely reserved a table for 8:00pm so we get a daytime, night time and stunning sunset view of the falls and the city! Skylon has 2 restaurant options on top, one is the Revolving Dining Room where you get a 360 view of the city while enjoying a plated meal. The other option is the Buffet Room. You don't get 360 view from buffet dining but hey, you get more food for lesser price. Both dining options get you a pass to the Observation Deck 2 floor higher up once you finish your meal. We decided to go for the Revolving Dining Room and it didn't disappoint! The view is truly stunning from up there! Now, let's talk about food! I ordered a seafood pasta which was good. My husband ordered grilled chicken which he commented not the best but it's okay! We both said, we've had better food experience at other restaurants than there but we also went not just for the food but for the ambiance and the experience as well! Service was good and fast. Overall, we were really happy we went there and I highly recommend to try dining here!

Great view of Niagara Falls - food was decent. Nothing spectacular but decent. Our meal was part of a Niagara tour we planned. They had our table ready when we arrived and we got to select our main entree. It came with a salad and dessert as well. Staff were friendly but you can tell that they just wanted to get you in and out.

This starbucks doesn't have the provision to redeem your points or scan through the app. The service is great though!

A bit disappointing- ordered $20 worth of stuff and asked for an empty bowl (to give water to our puppy), they charged an extra 50 cents … a bit insulting …

The views are nice. Basically what you would expect. The arcade is hilariously outdated but its crappy and still fun. The rest if this review is for the rotating restaurant. The food here is very mediocre and VERY expensive. It is supposed to be fancy but the food just misses. The staff seemed annoyed that we just wanted appetizers even though we ordered $160 worth of appetizers. There are price minimums. This would have been a 3 or 4 star if they didn't lie about the view. That is what made me the most upset. On the website it says "all the tables have window views" while that is technically true, half of the tables have a horrible view. As you can see from my picture I was unfortunate enough to get the bad view. I got a great view of the food the lucky people were eating. Definitely NOT WORTH THE EXORBITANT PRICES!!! Go for the view them find a better restaurant for after.

The reason to visit here is for the view, not the food. Overpriced for what you get....The view is absolutely amazing. I was able to get a 360° video of the view. It takes 1 hour to do a full rotation. The dining room ambience is beautiful, classy, and romantic. No dreascode. It can be as dressy or casual as you want. Many reasons to come here for dinner. The best photo experience is next to the windows. If you don't want to have dinner here, the observation deck above the dining room can be done at a cost. The observation deck was very windy and cold, which was surprising as there was little to no wind on the ground. There is a fence around the deck, so getting a good photo was difficult through the fence. The staff was friendly and professional. I felt like I was in an upscale place with how proper the staff was. In my reservation, I was able to put in reason for visit and I put that my husband and I were celebrating 20 years married. They brought us a free dessert and said happy anniversary. Reservations can be made on their website. The food....(sigh). I wish it was better. My husband got the lamb. It was overcooked and the portions were small, especially the scallops appetizer. The food is not worth the price. We were still hungry after we left and we paid $265 for our dinner. Overall, the reason I can't give a 5 star review is because of the food. I hope this changes.

We chose to not eat at the restaurant as there was a $49 min per person appetizers not included. We had already experienced eating on the Space Needle so we didn't feel we were missing out. The views at the top are spectacular. There is indoor and outdoor observation decks. Tickets online are $18.00 for 13 and up. Children 4-12 $9 and under 4 are free. Skylon Tower Fun Facts 1. The Revolving Dining Room rotates 360 degrees in one hour 2. You can see the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, The American Falls, and the Bridal Veil Falls all from our restaurants and observation deck. 3. Visibility from the Observatory on a clear day is up to 80 miles (125 km). 4. Height of the Tower above Niagara Falls gorge is 775 ft. 5. The actual height of the Skylon Tower from the base is 520 feet.
