I’ve been Starbucks customer for over 20 years, and I have never seen any Starbucks employee and supervisor to be as rude as this location. I experienced the worst customer experience at here. Something is wrong with their level of customer service, satisfaction. They’re very disrespectful, disappointing, and not caring. Do not recommend. Go to another location across the street if you want your coffee to meet Starbucks standards.

I was at this location this morning , I ordered a latte and egg bites, I waited for over 15-20 minutes for the egg bites and still no latte, they had about 5 mobile orders up and continued to announce they were doing more mobile orders, (these people were not there yet and there drinks were just sitting there) they had lots of employees working, I had to leave without my coffee so I wasn’t late for work, it was just disappointing, I always go for a Friday morning coffee there. No money back, Disappointing.

Very typical Starbucks, great service, plenty of parking and consistently good products. I love the Frappuccino's but they are a treat since they are packed with sugar and cost over $7 (its more the sugar than price), they offer lactose free milk, so for me that's a huge bonus. I also enjoy their espresso and lemonades.
