Placed a order online.Some how instead of 2 white Italian sandwiches we got 1 and a Italian with herb and cheeseWent back to the store to see if it could be corrected as I assumed it was just a computer glitch and was told no.They wouldn't correct it and if I wanted a new one I had to buy anther sandwich.Completely rude by all 3 of the staff there.WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AND WILL BE CALLING HEAD OFFICE!

I went to the store the bread is really smelly I take one bite and it’s smells like a fish also I ask for grill and lady told me that it was not working I see there is light now on and she says it’s not working I don’t believe I came across many time all the time I get the same response I don’t know what is the reason. Also bread is tottally garbage she making its west of money. I don’t like it ?

For the price of gluten free buns why do they need to put less toppings on you ask for extra they put 1 or 2 on prices go up quality goes down use to love subway but I feel they don't want to give you what you want.

I place deliver order with Uber eats .Vegetarian options: Had the veggie sub with a veggie patty with , mayonnaise, garlic aioli sauce . Lots of veggies . Plus 6 chocolate chip cookies. Not adding veggie patty will be extra 5.00 .

My wife’s Subway app got hacked/ data breach, and someone ordered a sandwich on our account to this location. We called the location and spoke to Rupinder and explained the situation and asked her to cancel the order, not make the order, and a phone number for corporate/manager. Rupinder told us she does not have a number for corporate and cannot cancel the order on her end, but said she would not make the order. She told us she would talk to her manager and would get back to us within 5 minutes. After 10 minutes with no call, we called back and spoke to Rupinder again, who said she gave the order to the guy who fraudulent put an order through our account. When confronted on why she would give someone an order she knows we’re from stolen funds, er excuse was because she “didn’t want him making noise”. After much more arguing and asking for a manager or corporates number she said she would ask her manager her for his phone number and would call us back, she then hung up on us. We never did hear back from her.Overall a very terrible experience, we called over 8 times and were hung up on regularly. We still do not know how our account was compromised and we have not received a refund.

We were shopping at walmart and spotted this store across the way. Easy to get in and out of, food made as ordered.

The sandwich was stale & really difficult to eat. Customer service was below average & some of the toppings weren’t fresh. The spinach looked soggy. Won’t be returning.

Worst experience ever,Im skip delievry driver, i asked politly to put new sticker on food order as the old sticker looks riped already, a aged indian lady rude on me and try to abuse me. That happend 9:52pm/ 13th july.Pls tell your staff if they dont wanna work or something else stay home, nobody wants this type of cheap customer service

Had a veggie foot long , 9.99 , great to choose your favourite Toppings , sauce and type of buns . Will be back , maybe to try other subs . Pretty good in my opinion .

Rude and unprofessional. Called after they gave us the run around and they screamed at me blaming us it was our fault. Refused to give money back. Couldn't even understand a word she was saying, wouldn't recommend if it was last place to eat.
