I typically enjoy taco bell after a few green ones because it's fast and not bad when hot. I placed a mobile order through the app to help expedite the process. The drive thru line was long and starting to mess up traffic so I went inside. Shouldn't be a problem. I didn't get greeted at all while I stood and stared at them work. I can accept a busy time but there is a clear lack of leadership at the management position. There were no apologies handed out to a single person inside so I can assume the same for drive through. 5 minutes went by When I was spoken to by the manager I was told the lady who ran food out would take my order. I informed her my order was already placed and she began to mumble and grumble before I can elaborate. There was no life and absolutely no sense of urgency in the slightest. I kept my mouth shut because I'm grown but I was big mad

I pick up doordash deliveries from here and I sometimes go here to eat because I love Taco Bell. The food always takes soooo long, it's often incorrect, and the workers are incredibly rude. It's honestly like they enjoy being terrible and making customers feel terrible. I try to not accept orders there anymore and I go to other locations to eat. Everyone once in a while I go back, praying that they have hired people that want to be there and enjoy making food. But no...still the worst service in Niagara Falls and that's saying a lot!

I ordered online to the wrong location, online it won’t let me cancel so I called the women/Man I called was very disrespectful and didn’t seem like they were even trying to help he/ she hung up the phone on me several times and when I asked him questions he/she said bye very disrespectful you lost a customer Taco Bell.

I should have checked but the food was cold and didn't seem fresh after waiting about 10 minutes for it. I've never gotten tacos and burritos that small from any other taco bell. I will never visit that location again.

I just placed my 1st time order online. While I realized some items were not available online as per in house, like Cinnabon's I went inside to place that order. While inside I seen a team trying there best to keep up with both. Drive thu & online!!! maybe need a few tweaks on the system to help out the confusion on who gets what. Due 2 me placing a order while I was there, I seen this 1st hand. Whomever was in charge of the kitchen 2night, went above & beyond to make sure my order was correct. (THANK U) I know fast food can be tough. Especially when it's busy.. But as a customer I seen nothing but a team trying there Best!!! Who knows it could have been some1s 1st night on the job. So yes I will give a 4 over all. 5 because unless u work in a restaurant business no1 ever knows how hard people wrk in a kitchen no matter the size....

Horrible place. Went there twice in the past year and both times there was a crazy long wait and they even had the drive thru closed. The last time I went they gave me the complete wrong order and when I went in to tell them there was way too long of a line with people also complaining. Never go to this place.

Normally I’d patronize this establishment, but lately it seems that they’re under staffed! Since when does it take at least 20 minutes in the drive through to be able to place an order? I’ve never in my 48 years ever experienced anything of this smh! I strongly suggest you hire a new staff crew. Instead of placing an order I had no choice but to drive off, I highly doubt I’d be back to this location until changes are made
