10 stars out of 5. I will miss this landmark, which changes ownership after today. It was great to visit one last time. This may be the final nail in the coffin of this once-great city.

Avoid Caroline, doesn't make good recommendations, and doesn't seem nice to the customers. The restaurant is elegant, a good atmosphere but we had bad luck I guess. We paid around 250 for 7 people and ordered lasagna, but after a while, she said there was no lasagna but had another choice very similar to it. It looked like a veggie dish. Not meat or chicken at all. The steak sandwich was good and the alfredo spaghetti was nice.

We dined at Como’s on our first evening in Niagara Falls. We enjoyed its old-school decor, the excellent service, the lavish portions, and its thoroughly New York atmosphere. Barb especially enjoyed the Veal Francesca, which the Italian restaurants in our part of the country never offer. Highly recommended.

Old time Italian restaurant. The homemade pasta is the reason to go! It has become our must go whenever we are in the area. Limited hours but worth the planning.

My family has been coming to The Como for over 35 years. We went this weekend and were saddened at the decline of service and food. It is really upsetting, it seems as if they have given up now it is for sale. I do not know if the pandemic or neighbour changes over the years did a real dinger on this once amazing place.Upon arriving, first impressions were that the pictures on the wall behind our table were crooked. Not a huge deal, but something pretty obvious. One of the forks had food on it (it happens), but the waitress snatched it like it was our fault. She was pretty rude throughout the whole service. The food was absolutely not what it used to be either. We drive over 2 hours from Canada to come here but is it worth it anymore? This is your legacy, and I hope it improves! We will cherish the great memories we had at The Como over the years.

The last time I ate at this establishment was while I was in College about 45 years ago! Many years have passed and The Como still stands! My husband and I decided to give it a try for our wedding anniversary tonight. The restaurant is open only Wed, Thurs Fri and Sat from 4-8 pm for dinner. The restaurant itself was not very busy when we arrived and only a handful of guests were present while we ate dinner. Our server was not friendly and not very efficient. Once we received our dishes, she failed to check to see if we wanted more drinks or whether we needed anything. The food was delicious however and the prices were very reasonable - even in these crazy days of inflation. Portions were generous. Aside from the poor service, I would chance a return with our friends in the near future.

Nice authentic Italian restaurant. Nothing fancy but packed with flavor and simplicity (nothing wrong with honest and simple tasks ). Huge portions so we regretted having a superb starter. Go here to enjoy, feast on food that makes happy!
