I walked three miles from my apartment to come get lunch here and it was closed !! This was at 2:00 pm. The hours online say it is supposed to be open until 5:00 pm. Ridiculous. Change your hours !

Walked in the cold rain to this place! We are sitting in the Sheraton on 7/17 at noon and the place isn’t open! We don’t know why but appeared rly they need to update their hours!

Fine for grabbing a quick sandwich. Staff was nice but they were out of three ingredients I asked for that were listed on the menu, and it wasnt busy at all. Tasty enough though and everything seemed fresh. Twenty bucks for two generic wraps seems a bit pricey but it was a quick and easy way to grab food.

This place was okay. Service was nice and quick. However, the food was okay ordered the Piled High Pastrami. The pastrami didn’t taste that good, but the ingredients were fresh. Also, price is high for only a sandwich. You had to pay extra for chips and drinks.Overall, place was okay to grab lunch around downtown Niagara Falls.

Not sure what others are talking about the lady who waited on me was very nice and welcoming! My order was done in ten minutes and was pretty good. I had a turkey and Swiss sandwich on rosemary and cheddar ciabatta bread and chicken with rice soup! It was a good sandwich however I wasn't too found oh the bread. The rosemary is a little overpowering but nonetheless the sandwich was good. The chicken and rice soup tasted freshly made and was nice and hot!

Very rude employees. According to its information on Google, they open at 11. When i opened the door to place an order at 1105, 2 very rude employees snapped at me saying they open at 1130. Totally unprofessional and bad customer service, considering the times we're living in.

According to Google and doordash, 11am is when they open. When i opened the door to go in, 2,very rude employees snapped that they open at 1130. If that is the case, change your hours on Google and doordash as well as keep your entrance door locked til then.
