I have visited this on my way to wrk and I must say, on several occasions the supervisor with the speech impediment was VERY RUDE and the young women up front aren't very friendly. The weekday drive thru lady is very nice and polite.As far as the food goes, my eggs and sausage sandwiches were quite delicious and the donuts were as good as they looked behind the counter.

I ordered a box of coffee and ask for extra cups. They told me I would have to order another box. They hardly gave me any creamers. Barely enough of the sugar. I found out the next morning half the coffee was dumped because there was not enough sugar or creamers. People could not get over how cheap Tim Hortons was with their box of coffee. My suggestion is go somewhere else. Tim Hortons apparently has money issues. They cannot Supply their customers with the adequate amount of condiments for their box of coffee.

Got a pretzel bagel with bacon egg and cheese. Bagel was hard as rock and stale. Its obvious that it was from yesterday or who knows how old. Integrity seems to be lacking here.

Gr8 staff but almost lost a shoe in the bathroom cause the floor was severely sticky and their soap in there smells like that cheap stuff they use in the school bathrooms

It is a donut shop that sells a few other things. The donuts we had were sub-par. Tasted not fresh at all.The chili one of us had was okay but nothing special. I don't think foods are made there. Pretty sure they are microwaved and sold. Kinda gross, but Starbucks does same.The store was a bit dirty. The staff did not seem to know answers to questions about their food. Weird. At least they were nice.Not sure why this chain is popular. Leadership should take some visits to stores undercover to see how customer experiences might be.
