Later serve that muffins and when someone ask for extra creamy, one boy front me talk in Punjabi like- hun ehna nu extra cream vi chai di aa . Iit’s really rude bro, hey guys if you don’t like your jobs pls leave it. Don’t waste customers time and money.

I was very dissatisfied with the staff . Time about 2:15 today . The young lady messed up my order even though I review the numbers of items purchased . She did not offered an apology for her incompetence and her rude behaviour did not help. . She went as far as saying I am not giving the item to you for free. Like we were begging or soliciting or asking for pity . She was very condescending and demeaning . Her Supervisor did make thing better or try to fix the problem she all over him giving instructing . We alway stop at the gas station and then grab a coffe, not anymore we were insulted and disrespected my daughter and I . If I was treated this way by my self I would may be let it slip ,but not in front if my daughter .

Worst customer service! I’m their regular customer but still every time they make my order wrong. Yesterday ( Nov 8,2023), I ordered large steep tea double double which was not fresh at all.later on I ordered medium steep tea around 4pm there was no sugar in that & not fresh. Again 3rd time I placed the order ( drive thru) the guy mixed coffee in my tea which was very disappointing. If you don’t want to make the order, just inform to the customer;why are you wasting customer time & money. Very very poor service!

The worst experience i could ever have at Tim Hortons is today’s. The old lady who works here is so rude & arrogant . She just spoil my whole day with his arrogant behaviour in the morning. I don’t know whether she is tired or what, lack of sleep, any family issue. I’m not sure, but that behaviour towards their own customer is just unacceptable. I always respect my elders so i have not said anything at that time, i just smile, took my order, thanks to her & go ahead to my work .
No one would serve us while we waited inside. They would only serve the drive thru customers. Wouldn't even say hello.

There is one East Indian guy works at your place who is harassing her in lot of ways for example misleading her in Canadian law, follow her from work when she go home. which impacting her life in lot of ways.please look into the situation or may be a little warning can help sorting out the matter .
