Why when ordering a capacheno it's full to the brim with capacheno from the machine and not able to froth the milk. It's not a capacheno with out frothed milk ..staff don't follow protocol..they have a f&^%$ you attitude...large double double was like drinking right out of sugar bowl again they don't care...

I’ve been to hundreds of Tim’s through my travels — usually it’s the same — it’s a chain restaurant, what do you expect? However, this Tim’s was amazing. Unfortunately, I was given a coffee with what I assumed to be a bit too much cream (whatever — it happens!)…the manager/owner Paul was more than accommodating and helpful and very friendly, got me my new coffee and I was on my way!Thank you to Paul & staff for making this probably the only location of a large chain that I will ever remember! A+

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The customer service is TERRIBLE here they are in too much of a rush it’s rude. I mentioned something to the drive thru worker for rushing me and it affecting the customer service of the establishment and he said “we have too or we’ll get in trouble from the manager” so nice to know management is encouraging this awful customer service. Looks like management needs a crash course on how to treat customers because how they treat them is far from nice, no hello Goodmorning just a debit machine in your face.

It's a donut place. Does what it claims to do. Serve donuts, drinks and occasionally other stuff.

I was having lunch with my friends, 3/4 were consuming inside of the place, but just one was drinking a coke. We were clearly the only Spanish speakers costumers and we even saw people eating food from other restaurants, but my friend was asked to take it outside. We don’t have any problem with the fact that we have to consume inside, but casually, we were the only POC in the place. It was definitely racist.

Today I stopped at my local and favorite Tim Hortons and I am so happy to see that Dutchies, Walnut Crunch, Cinnamon Twists, Blueberry Fritters are BACK!! YUMMY!! Timmies Retro Doughnuts are back and I hope that this change is permanent. Why would they not make them permanent, I wonder? Because it's too drive us crazy when they are gone. We can never know when they will bring them back so we will just have to settle for everything else then, I'm guessing. Either way, enjoy the doughnuts while they are back. Awesome thing about them to us they are only $1.79 +tax of course but it's almost like a retro doughnut with a retro price. So you win both ways. Thank you so much, Tim Hortons for these awesome goodies back. I can see myself going there alot more than before. ENJOY EVERYONE AND MAKE SURE YOU GRAB A DOUGHNUT OR A BOX OF THEM BECAUSE THEY CAN GO QUICKLY☺️? Honestly though, the atmosphere can be a little loud at times or you will see some people that just want to make problems inside of the restaurant so it's not fair for everyone else who just want to eat or even relax there. Tim Hortons is not a motel/hotel so I fully understand why the staff get upset when there are people sleeping inside but it's winter time now and cold outside. Maybe try to understand what they are going through in their life. Put yourself in their shoes for a minute. Thank you for letting me share my review again and taking the time to read it, everyone ?? Now, I have a Walnut Crunch to finish eating. So good! Welcome back, Retro Doughnuts!! Oh, I missed you so much. I thought it was goodbye forever when you left and thankfully you made your way back into my life ♥️♥️♥️Parking: There is plenty of parking at the location. Sometimes it can be rather difficult to find a spot when something is going on or they are super busy. Either way, it's worth the wait sometimes.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a wheelchair ramp to the entrance and they have wheelchair accessible entrances so no problems in regards to wheelchair accessibility.

What’s better than a bowl of Timmy’s hearty chicken noodle soup and a toasted everything bagel on a rainy cold evening. Everything was great, same flavor as before.

This was one of the worst experiences, service wise, that I have had in a really long time. The young lady at the register was not friendly and she was impatient (this was our first time at a Tim Hortons and she wanted to rush us through our order). Keep in mind, no one was waiting on their order and there was only one person in line after us (just rude and unprofessional). The young lady who made our order, may have called out our order (I didn’t hear her), and by the time I realized she had, the food was cold. I dined in, so I feel like the lady who took our order should have realized we didn’t have our food (we were sitting right in front of the register), checked the order section and notified us that it was ready. Only when I asked about the order did the lady at the register attempt to help her co-workers, in a not so helpful way, figure out what happened to the order.I ordered the Classic Bagel Belt, hash brown and Bailey’s Latte. The sandwich and hash brown were amazing; I had a plain bagel instead of the everything bagel. The latte was okay, it wasn’t sweet enough for me; I should have added vanilla or sugar. All in all, I’m glad I was able to visit, but I wish it was at a different location. They had way too many cooks in the kitchen (4 people trying to take orders and manage the front register m; just ridiculous). The people the visited the location were friendly and made the experience a little better.Tip: The parting lot is a little small because it is shared with other shops/stores. Just be careful because there is a lot of traffic and construction in this area.

1st timer!! I heard things about the infamous Tim Hortons and what the perfect time to try out coffee.Yikes, the service and food were highly disappointing!! There was an Older woman at the register-not at all friendly or patient. The staff was not professional at all, they (3 of them) came to the register mid order instructing us to move or order, didn’t ask us what was going on just starting tapping the screen and giving us a hard time, Nope! The food was ordered but it took 10 minutes and it was cold by that time we received it because staff was playing around. Ordered the breakfast “BELT” which was okay but the bacon wasn’t fully cooked, poor presentation overall the sandwich 8/10. On a positive note the Coffees were a 9/10.i don’t have an overall rating for “Tim Hortons” in general because there’s multiple location’s in Canada but this location in general Highly Do Not Recommend!Parking: Parking is very limited!
