Okay listen It's probably just a me thing but I do have witnesses, Litterally every other tim hortons around here has given me hot water. Even in a group of people that all got hot chocolate I managed to he served hot water while they got their hot chocolate perfectly.This is the only tim hortons that has never failed me with getting hot chocolate.

We don't have one close by, so this was a treat for me.I listen to true crime podcasts and most of the Canada ones mention TH. I was very curious about it. It did not disappoint, donuts were good and pretty, coffee was delish, I had the Crème brûlée latte and the kids had hot chocolate, they were all so good. The place is cute and clean, this specific location had a fire place, perfect little corner to enjoy a cup of coffee on a cold afternoon.Parking: Plaza parking lot with tons of available spots

During our shopping trip, we stopped by this Tim Hortons location where I ordered the vanilla cold brew foam with 10 Timbits. This location served the BEST vanilla cold brew I have ever had! We were heading back home to Toronto just past 4 PM, and I was amazed at how fresh and delicious the timbits were. We will definitely visit there again when we’re in town for our next shopping trip.

I ordered a tuna sandwich, the young man making my sandwich with gloves on was touching his head and mic near his month then rubbed it all over my sandwich, it took away my appetite I threw my sandwich out when I got home, such a waste of money.

The lady taking the order was very rude I'm not from here. I am from Alabama and have a very southern accent. She proceeds to tell me that I'm mumbling and is very hateful. I get to the window the man checks me out and she standing there cussing. Not the type of customer service I enjoy.
