Good coffee for a breakfast or pleasant meeting

I go there everyday and I mean everyday at 930ish so I can grab a coffee before work. Last night at 932 when I pull in I sit there for 3 minutes and get told by Samantha that they’re closing up so they can’t serve anything. Supposed to be open till 10 and all I wanted was a coffee like everyday and you’re going to tell me you’re closing so you can’t serve me? I won’t be going back there ever again. I’ll stick to the one on the Blvd and military road. They may be slow at night but I’ve never been turned away cause some lazy girl wants to lock up right at 10 to go home.

If there is another word or synonym for slow this timhortons would fit the bill perfectly.One has to walk in and wait 4-5 mins before someone would bother to take the order even though they are not busy.. the employee Anari.. looks like she is not on the job but actually at home.. the speed is just phenomenal… probably - 20 feet/hr.Cold tea .. out of items in the morning.. employee walking while working with hand in pocket.. n using the free hand to put ice in cups instead of the scoop..

Have been coming to this location for about two months in the morning. I drive for a living so there is room in the HD lot in the back to park. The service has gone steadily downhill. The server up front is slow at best. He never smiles or interacts with any guest. The main focus seems to be to get the call in pickup orders ready as the walk in customers are ignored. I walked out the last two days because I got tired of waiting. I am not the only one. The group in front of me today also walked out after not being served for about ten minutes. This should be corrected or we will take our business elsewhere.

Disappointed that for the 4th time visiting, they were unable to get the order correct. Having a staff member sit in the seating area giving the finger to other staff should not be the image that the Tim's organization would want.

We ordered a coffee, which was good. The staff member who served us was friendly. However the staff behind the counter were very loud.. laughter is good, but should be muted and not take over the place.. people purchase food and drinks to relax .. otherwise, the venue is attractive and was clean. A good addition to available Tim Horton's venues!
