Gosh darn - first time in a Tim Hortons and I will never look at American chain Breakfast food (does NOT compare) again without thinking fondly of my time in Canada. Tasty - fast - great experience!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kiddos - easy place to have a quick breakfast.

Unbelievable. This has been happening with every Tim hortons lately. But this one… went there around 1 am. This morning asked for a bagel… the drive thru person told me… they were out of food. Food! Just an absolute joke. Went on to tell me/complain about the evening shift and how they sold everything or whatever. 24hrs for coffee? That you can’t even do that right anymore?No food.

Came here today and had a large order first I did walk in to place my order so as to now tie up drive through secondly I had a bus to catch placed my order witch took them forever to to the line was insane girls on cash where in training witch is not there fault but manager or supervisor should have been there to assist as a former supervisor myself it needs to be handled better .Store it self was cleanI had to ask them staff to make the drinks twice as they did not follow policy as to how to make it with a exception for the ice coffee I had to ask the to remake it 4 times as there was grinds all the bottom each time not ok even after the last one witch I noticed on the bus there was as STLLL GRINDS in it they really need toDiscard the ice coffee batches and clean the. Cylinders and remake it

Employees were polite and took my order well. I ordered a large iced capp and a large chili, ant the quality was adequate. The place was clean and well organized. Even the guests were respectful! I'll definitely be going back to this location! :)Parking: The parking lot is right outside the doors.

The Tim Horton's on Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls had a good selection of food and drink. We were served our order within 5 minutes. The place has plenty of seating area. The coffe was just right.

I ordered a XL lemon honey tea, black. Total $2.61 drive thru. I asked for a double cup since the tea is very hot and the sleeve does not work well with a black tea. I get to the window and was told $2.75, there is a charge for a cup, .10 cents. I never ever paid for a double cup, i have ordered hundreds of these. I asked for the manager Mandeep was her name she said, no name tag so I'm not sure if the spelling is correct. I explained the situation and she said .10 cents or a sleeve, she was extremely rude to me and when I asked her to write down her name she said, I don't have to give you anything. I was stunned as to the way I was treated, unbelievable service and she is the manager? No customer service experience by the way all of this transpired. I also would like to say many of the employees were smiling and laughing at me and all were speaking a different language so I could not understand what was being said, not professional, There needs to be some professionalism at this Tim Hortons. Not a happy customer at this location.I spoke to someone regarding this issue. I have not received a response from anyone.

Last night, they sold me an one week expired chocolate milk. Luckily, I saw it before giving it to my son. Please be careful. Today I went back there and they gave me another one but they didn't ever say sorry.
