Violas WAS one of the best. Now, I won't go back. The last 3 visits were so disappointing. I kept giving them another try. Bread was stale, and the meat was barely there. Service, rude. With so many other places to go, avoid this one. I go to Ventrys now.

Zero value here! Owners shouldn't work here or should leave their attitude or ego at home. Assorted sub is cheap boiled ham, bologna ? hard salami ? Charge 1/2 the price and I MIGHT be come back but I doubt it!!

Viola’s is a mom and pop shop where the majority of customers order for take out. I am a dedicated customer who comes here specifically for their steak and cheese sub which is a taste of my childhood and a must get for my family and I whenever we are in the area.Yes, the size is small in comparison to other sub shops but it’s the classic Viola’s FLAVOUR that has me hooked.I’ve tried other subs from a variety of other locations in the NF and Buffalo region and they might be bigger and have more steak but I always come back to Viola’s.I’ve never tried any other sub from Viola’s in my 50 years so I can’t provide an opinion on anything else…. And in all likelihood won’t lol

Subway has a better meatball sub than this place, and for much cheaper too. With that being said though, I’d choose DiBellas over this dump any day. It’s a let down.

Violas has been a go to for our subs for as long as we can remember BUT this last time was VERY disappointing. I asked for no oil...it was drenched. I asked for provolone...there wasn't any cheese. The sub was small..narrow..soft and limited filling. The prices have gone up yet the quality has gone down. When I called to let the manager know how disappointed I was..letting her know about the oil and cheese she told me she wrapped the sub herself and there was no oil and there was cheese. I don't know it she thought I was looking for a free meal..but that WAS NOT my intention. I felt she was calling me out as a liar. I only wanted someone to know that a regular customer was upset so whomever put my sub together would do a better job next time. I apologize to the owner for providing feedback that might help the business. Unfortunately they have lost this customer and her family.

Cash only. My first time trying this out. Holy cow. Prob my favorite sub I’ve ever had. The bread is amazing. Holy cow. I got the Super(steak & sausage) oil onions. Soooo good. My friend got the assorted deluxe He also loved his sub. I will be going back for sure.
