i had great service here! everytime i have came here everyone has been super friendly and helpful. the schenectady starbucks made my drink completely wrong and refused to fix it for me after i asked kindly for them to correct it. i went to this starbucks to tell them about my situation, they were extremely nice to me and Brandon fixed my drink without asking further questions. thank you!
My granddaughter and I had a great experience at 10:15 am on a Thursday at this location. We noticed the store was busy; almost all tables were occupied by customers. The staff member who took our order was efficient and courteous. He promptly handed us two Cake Pops in a bag. We proceeded to the end of the counter for pickup of a cold Chai Tea which was served right away. The breakfast sandwich I ordered took only 5 minutes.
