This restaurant is 10 minutes away from me. My friend said it was delicious, so I tried it several times. That day, the girl at the front desk actually called out my name, which made me feel respected. The food is delicious and the service is very thoughtful. I will keep looking back.

My family and I have been ordering from this establishment from the time the original owners first opened; we’ve been coming here for so long. This is the first time I’m writing a slightly negative review since this is the first time anything like this has happened. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. There was a hair wrapped around a piece of chicken. Please please please have your chefs wearing their hair up or in hair nets.

I just picked up an order for shrimp fried rice and the rice seemed as if it was old. I called to explain that the rice is stale and the person that picked up the phone had the nerve to tell me she sold thousands today and no complaints. Like what kind of customer service is this? I don’t care how many they sold, I can only speak for what was sold to me and most of it was very hard and over cooked or old. I’ve ordered from them so many times but this will be the last. Can’t order from somewhere where they can’t treat their customers with respect. I swear these businesses don’t realize they’re in business because of loyal customers so the least they can do is be respectful!

Called for the first time asking for a delivery. Was immediately scolded that if I wanted it delivered, I should have placed my order thru grub hub. I then decided to pick up because we've been told the food is good. I ordered egg foo young with pork fried rice and was once again "scolded." "You don't need to tell me you want pork fried rice, it comes with it." I then asked if I could pay over the phone because someone else was picking up for me. I was told it's not preferred, but she reluctantly took it because I guess she realized she didn't have a choice. Poor customer service, nasty attitude... hope the food is decent.
Terrible customer service. Doesn't make food the way you want & ingredients are mediocre at best. Probably from a can.

I just placed an order through grubhub. The food was very very salty and nasty. I called the restaurant and I spoke to a woman. She stated that in thirty years no one ever complained about the egg food young.I stated that it tasted very, very salty and it's Inedible. She said that there's nothing that I can do and I would need to call up grubhub.
