My coworkers and I have been working in the area for the last 2 weeks so we have been coming here daily. Each time I come into the store, no matter what time or day, I am always greeted by Alex who is always smiling. He is young and usually that age everyone's on their phone but not him. He is always doing something, I have never seen him slacking at all. He welcomes you, he is kind. treats you with respect and the food is always fresh! He is a great worker and def keeps us coming back!!!!

This place has the best pretzels and dips especially if bringing something to a party BUT definitely not worth the wait for pick up after ordering online in advance. Long Long Line and it isn't moving at all...definitely would have to think twice before ordering again on a holiday.

You have to try Philly Pretzels. There's handicap parking and Great food at great prices. The store is immaculate and the food choices are good. Juliana and Elgar are very polite and courteous. My order was delivered Carside within 10 minutes. And my order was perfect.

Horrible Horrible Horrible place . How does a pretzel store run out of pretzels ???? People’s orders were never filled and told will be a 20 minute wait and it took over 45 mins to get my order . Never again

Went there at 3p on 10/08 Sunday, and no pretzels!!! They were 15 to 20 minutes from serving them.......left without spending any money, and it was a shame because I wanted some!

Worst Philly pretzel out there. Credit card reader often doesn’t connect to the server. I ordered online once to avoid this issue, and they ignored the order and asked me to wait 40 min when I arrived for pickup.Big management problem

Ordered a platter on a sunday for a july 4 pick up after 3:00pm. I get there and they do not have an order for me. Six people in the back doing a lot of running around. The manager said wait 3 minutes and he will make my order. Other people are in there waiting and or wondering where there order is. I asked for a refund of &54.00 and left. That is my experience.

Are you kidding? Called up at 6:50pm to ask a question. Person answered and put me on hold right away for 10 min. Store closes at 7. They did not pick up when I called back.Ill bring something else to the event, thanks.
I actually give a negative rating!!!! Not the first time I have received the WRONG!!!! Order, people work hard for their money. Called to let them know and they didn't care I was told oh well too bad!!!!! NEVER go here, spend your money wisely!!! They never send the correct dip, I received dip that looks like they collected from a dog pen!!! TRULY DISGUSTING!!!! Go to Auntie Ann's if you want pretzels!!!!!!!

Placed an order at the store. Very small ordering arra but large kitchen in the back. Clean and only 2 people working. Pretzels weren't amazing but if you're craving one like my family was, good to know it was in this.shopling center. I do recommend their spicy brown mustard. It was tart, spicy and had a good strong mustard flavor. Pretzel dogs and mini pretzel dogs were ehh but I'd definitely go back for their mustard and pretzels just for a vehicle for the mustard

The service team especially the cashier was extremely unprofessional .... Pretzel, ordered unsalted, was also raw on the inside as usual and she tried to sell me "Stale Cinnamon bite-sized Pretzel"... had to request that a new batch was made after getting the disrespect from the cashier and asking to speak to the manager on the phone ...This store needs to do a lot better!!

As good as the pretzels are the service is an absolute killer! I walked in, and they had 1 line. The teller had people cutting before I can order because they're picking up. 25 minutes to place an order!! I was told 15-20 minutes...... I run to another store come back in 20, and it's 50 minutes after my order and still didn't get it. It's 1 tray of rivets... seriously ?? Oh then they had me wait in line as I wait to pick up my order... so Appearantly somewhere I'm the last half hour they decided to do one at a time They need more help and a manager.
