“I've driven by this place so many times and glad I finally tried it out. I was in the mood for some comfort food and really wanted a savory sandwich with fries. After taking a quick look at their menu, I decided to order the Buffalo Chicken Pressed Wrap. I ordered pickup through the phone and it was ready in about 10 minutes. Parking is non existent so I had to park in the street, across the street, then run over. Once I walked in my order was at the counter, ready to go. The interior is pretty small but cute with a diner theme. I paid quickly and was on my way. (So quick I didn't even get to take a picture, haha) The Buffalo Chicken Pressed Wrap came with fries, a pickle and coleslaw. Everything was so good. The fries were perfectly crispy and the wrap was a good portion. I saved half for later because I was so full. The coleslaw was ok, a little too soggy for me. Regardless, I'd definitely order again.“

“Beautiful restaurant with a variety of options, including those for the calorie conscious. My family tried the trout and salmon - both were cooked well and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the spinach and strawberry salad. There was an issue with our order so it was delayed, but when we spoke to the manager, he took care of things quickly. We appreciated that he took responsibility and his courteous manner and hospitality. The decor is very nice as well. A good date spot. Will visit again.“

Then the staff - we are outside and from the first staff member we met to the last the service was top notch! “One of the absolute best vegan and vegetarian restaurants on Long Island! I have been trying to go for a long time due to the raving reviews on Facebook and last night was my first chance to try it. Erin the owner was a delight! She constantly checked on us which I appreciated. Next, I want to speak about the food! There was an array of options, which made me want to try everything! I ended up choosing the shrimp roll for an app. It was fried to perfection and had a very similar texture and taste to shrimp. My cousin ordered the scallion pancake which was also delicious. For our entree, I ordered the coconut sticky rice with mango pieces and pineapple boba that floored us! I also ordered the chicken drumsticks and was in love. Finally my cousin ordered the general tso chicken which she enjoyed as well. All this delicious food for only $50 felt like a steal! We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. We also ran into the sweetest couple while there and had wonderful conversations about veganism. 100/10 experience!“

I was told there’s not enough seating for everyone but they would gladly accommodate us at the event space next door. I agreed. My family arrived at around 6 and the two ladies took our order and Yvonne took a few minutes to prepare the table for us. When she led us into the room we were so delighted and astounded! The place was so beautifully decorated, and she managed it in a very short time! All the food was delicious! She made my daughter feel so special, she danced with the girls and helped cut the cake! We visited it on a Friday evening around 5 o’clock and were surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty, with only one other table occupied by a birthday celebration. The restaurant’s location at the crossroads of Merrick Avenue and Old Country Road made it easy to access, with plenty of parking available.Despite its small size, FandoQ had a cozy and neat atmosphere, decorated with beautiful ethnic paintings on the walls. The manager was exceptionally pleasant and attentive to our needs throughout the evening.For our appetisers, I ordered the Samosa, a fried pastry filled with vegetables and chickpeas, while my friend enjoyed the lentil soup and spinach pie.
