Canal Club is amazing every time I go! This is a wonderful example of what a well run, locally owned business looks like. When you're here, they treat you like family. The food is amazing, and the chef is so friendly. They keep the menu fresh and are always trying different specials which keeps me coming back over and over again. I love the outdoor patio during the summer and the ambiance inside during the colder months. Canal Club should definitely be put on your "must visit" list for locally owned favorites.

Very mediocre but I guess I don’t expect anything less for NT. I went on a Tuesday so it wasn’t super busy but yet the service was very slow so that was disappointing. My steak was way too fatty and chewy. The apps were okay and the ribs are pretty good. The inside is cute so 3 stars for that.

My reservation was for 630 and I was not seated until 650.I then ordered several 4 appetizers. Clams casino, calamari, banana pepper dip and the aranchini special.The appetizers came out very staggered and it took over 45 minutes for the banana pepper dip to arrive. The aranchini also took over 40 minutes to arrive. I asked the sever to please cancel the aranchini bc it took so long and despite my request she still brought it to the table and I was charged for it however I did not eat it as I took so long.For entrees I ordered the steak sandwich which was not cooked to a good temperature, the crab cakes and chicken Milanese.The chicken Milanese was decent however the entrees also took extremely long to be delivered to the table. Once again my mother attempted to cancel the crab cakes because of the long wait time. We asked the sever to cancel the crab cakes and once again the food was brought to our table shortly after asking to cancel. The crab cakes were not eaten and once again still on the bill.Overall the service was well below average and the food took extremely long to come out despite other tables around us receiving their orders in a timely manner. The entire dinner took over 2 hours and it was not a great experience. This was unfortunately my first time to the restaurant and I had heard great things from friends but this experience was very disappointing

amazing warmth, amazing service, amazing food especially the red meat part of the menu. the steaks are highly recommended. also refills are top tier because you can get as much as you want. and anyone serious about water/ any picky water drinkers and ice eaters. they have amazing water and ice.

A cousin and her hubby love dining at Canal Club 62 frequently. Finally got to experience CC62 recently with a dear friend, and now I know why my cousin raves about it! Every morsel was perfect and truly delectable, and fairly priced.Staff is personable, service was superb. Decor and atmosphere are classy and welcoming but not stuffy. I'll be back again and again with family and friends!

All of my friends have been talking about canal club so I decided to check it out. The food was great but the drinks were outstanding. Sam the bartender was fantastic. She probably makes the best Manhattan in WNY. I will definitely be coming back.

It’s a nice place but the food is awful. I enjoy a good steak and this ribeye $47 was the worst steak I have ever tried to eat. I chewed on it for about 15 minutes and left most of it on my plate. My wife had the salmon and it was very mushy with a strong fishy taste. I would not ever go back or recommend to anybody.

6 of us went for dinner. No fish fry on Friday night. Over 2 hours to get our food. Bacon was raw on the burnt burger.
My first time coming here tonight with my dear long time friend. By far the best meal and service I ever had!! The second we walked in we felt like home! The owner, Kayel was so welcoming and outgoing and answered all our questions without feeling rushed. Our waitress Kayla was also so amazing. The food was outstanding, I could have ordered everything on the menu! I will definitely be back and I will forever tell everyone to come here for a delicious meal and drink!

First time visit + will definitely be a regular! We were able to score a last minute reservation - as soon as we walked in we felt welcomed + the vibe was just right. We were here for a much needed girls night, the service from Kayla was exceptional she picked up we were catching up on life & needed sometime over wine before ordering. She let us have time without feeling neglected, gave amazing recommendations & we wanted to pull up another chair for her! The food was delicious... the drinks also delicious! Highly recommend the espresso martini! The owner Kayel, was working the hostess stand - was welcoming, friendly + gave amazing recommendations as well! We will be back soon! Wow where to begin? My boyfriend and I went at Canal Club yesterday for our Valentine's Day dinner. When we first walked in, the ambiance and atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The service was outstanding. Our server Jackie was amazing. She checked in with us frequently, was very personable and friendly, and catered to our needs. She was awesome! The food was absolutely delicious. Our apps and entrees were cooked to perfection, the portions were big, and the food was flavorful. I got the chicken cutlets with penne which I highly recommend. My boyfriend, who can at times be critical of restaurants, was absolutely obsessed with his food and his experience. Overall, 10/10 experience! Thank you Canal Club for making our Valentine's Day special!

Took my 11-year-old here for the first time we both ordered the filet mignon which was cooked to perfection and the demi glaze was amazing. I ordered the buffalo cauliflower and that also was cooked perfectly. I had a cocktail and my son had two mocktails which made him feel so grown up. The owner was very friendly our server DeAndre was great. 10/10 recommend Will be going again.Kid-friendliness: There weren't a lot of children when I took my 11-year-old but they were very accommodating with the menu and even recommended some mocktails to make him feel grown up. We will definitely be going back
