My wife & I went there for our anniversary, my wife ordered the filet & I got the blackened rib eye. There was a small delay with our food coming out so our waitress Alyssa V who was outstanding took both steaks off the bill! She also threw in free appetizers! We didn't even complain she just wanted to make the situation right! The steaks were awesome! Alyssa's customer service was phenomenal! Make sure you stop in & support this restaurant! The food is more than worth it! The customer service was 2nd to none!

The food that me and my girlfriend ordered from here it was absolutely delicious I heard about this place from people at work.We had Sarah as our waitress she was great very attentive she was very polite she was one of those waitresses that earned their tips definitely not the type to expect free handouts which is nice for a change!The food was absolutely delicious I really don't have any complaints about this place this is one of the few restaurants that still strive for consistency.The quality of the food you receive if you consider the quality the food itself isn't pricey at all especially considering we're getting garbage at 90% of the restaurants nowadays!We will definitely Be back This will probably turn into one of my regular restaurants. Parking is difficult because they're right on the water so you do have to park away I got the 16 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes and asparagus and it was delicious everything was good I have zero complaints my girlfriend got the blackened salmon that she absolutely loved definitely next level dining!We attended the restaurant on a Friday it was somewhat busy but the staff handled it very well!

The food is usually very good, but this is now back to back visits where the service has been awful. Not sure if they know how reservations work but the last 2 times we’ve been, they said our table wasnt quite ready and we should head to the bar. Had to wait about 25 minutes for our table to be ready. Seemed it wasnt just our table, they were sending everyone with reservations to the bar. This is also the 2nd time where we’ve put in drink orders and it took almost 20 min because the bar is too backed up. This past visit we were very upset with the food. My girlfriend ordered a steak medium well and when she cut into it, it wasnt even close. Completely rare, center was 100% red. Bill was over $200 for 2 of us, just not worth it at all.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff make this a great place to gather with friends or for romantic occasions. The entrance is inside the Gold Wynn Loft property but easy to find. We stayed at the Gold Wynn Loft, so I'm not sure if they have a parking lot, but the number of customers in the restaurant, they likely have one nearby. I love the atmosphere here.

We’ve been fans of Remington since they opened. The last 3 trips, however, we’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the food. Fresh fish is now prepackaged product. Salads that used to be over the top are now ordinary and look thrown together with things missing. Maybe we just happened to hit off nights, but we’ve also noticed that the number of customers has gone down.

I have been to the Remington a handful of times. This night, not only was the wine stale, but the food mediocre AND they sat all the Black people upstairs!!!! Not sure what changed at this establishment. I know Tonawanda is known for its RACISM, but it was on full blast last night. They don’t have to worry about me spending my money there.
