Wow. ….That about sums it up.Super cute, spacious, clean, cheery place; owner has a huge infectious smile, very warm and friendly; the treats are absolutely stunning. homemade, unique, and most importantly, DELICIOUS! And to top it all off… it’s affordable! It’s not outrageously expensive like some of these places, it’s priced outstandingly. We got a 3 pack of chocolate covered Oreos (gorgeous, too, might I add. So perfect looking they seem fake), a chocolate caramel cupcake, a cream cheese taquito-looking pastry that I can’t remember the name of, and a lavender-honey latte (to die for! And it came with this cute little lilac colored mini butterfly sugar cookie sitting on top when I came to the counter. Classy touch)… all for like $17. My only regret is that I didn’t get a larger one. It’s so good. Will definitely will return. Just wish I would have known about this place sooner. It’s around the corner from Suzuki, which we visit weekly. GO HERE!!

I can't say enough about Sweet Em's. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and everything I have had was fantastic. They even accommodated a pre-order of authentic Puerto Rican pastelillos. North Tonawanda has a thriving downtown area that continues to bring in great small businesses. Sweet Em's is at the top of my list. Thank you ❤️.

Food and baked items are all delicious! Husband LOVES the Puerto Rican breakfast sandwich, I love the Fuzzy Sweater Casserole, and my 10yo loves the Dutch baby pancake. The baked good are amazing, I strongly recommend the Linzor cookie. And when available, the Coquito is

I've visited Sweet Em's with my daughter twice now and we'll definitely be back. The space is super cute, the lattes, pastries and desserts are delicious, and the quiche is amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!

I'm confused. Two Saturdays, once in November and just today, the 30th and they are closed. Is this place even still in business? Door hours say open until 3pm but doors are locked. No holiday hours posted to say they will be closed.

Stopped in here during the NT winter walk and decided to eat bunch. I ordered the traditional breakfast sandwich, kids charcuterie board, guava cupcake and iced tea. They were very busy so it took some time. However the food was excellent. The breakfast sandwich had ham, egg and cheese, lettuce and tomato with a sauce that was really delicious. My son enjoyed his lunch. The desserts looked beautiful. I will be back!

Tried the Quesitos and Pastelilitos, which were very good... I would have preferred a bit more filling but that's just me and I say that about everything, except the incredible cherry pop-tart that I also tried and that completely satisfied my sweet tooth. There is a lot to choose from and I look forward to trying many more sweets in the future.

Great place to have a meal or a little treat, got the breakfast nachos and a fruity pebble krispy treat and they were both really good. Great place to hangout and chill inside too.

Delicious baked goods, the cupcakes are just the right size, great variety. Not overly sweet. Highly recommend.

Unexpected find, blowen away by the open, welcoming, friendly, bright, concept of this place. This is an authentic Puerto Rican bakery, with cookies, ethnic candy, sandwiches, coffee, tea, expresso. They even offer classes, is all women ran, on the downstairs level of the YWCA. Be sure to check it out, as they have only been open 4 months.

What an adorable place! The cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and everything looks so delicious, but I went there for brunch on Saturday with my friend. I thought the sandwich is a little odd to have for breakfast, and my girlfriend said you would love it and she was definitely bright! Absolutely the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place if I wasn't so full I would've gotten a dessert but I know I will be bringing my husband there soon. .

I went in for a wedding consultation and the front counter worker was so pleasant and friendly. Emily walks you through all your options and works with you to get exactly what you want. And the cake…all the options were delicious and it was hard to choose! Definitely would recommend for all brides out there.

Absolutely amazing. I order an ice coffee, Puerto Rican breakfast sandwich and a Pastry. My coffee came with a shortbread flower on top. The planet plantain chips, although not made in house are absolutely amazing. The pastilios are to die for. I had the Guava Pastry and it was just amazing. Highly Recommend. 10/10

We ordered a custom cake and cupcakes for my sons 4th birthday and it was wonderfully executed. The cake flavor and frosting was also delicious. He was a happy boy ☺️
