Wings are really good pizza is good too. They've been around since I was a kid it always brings back memories. They also have a place to sit down at the new location where they have ice cream etc.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. I ordered food for my daughters first birthday party on December 21st, 2023. They told me to come at 530pm. I arrived at 535pm. I didn't get my pizza until 625pm. They made me wait there almost an hour, i missed my daughters birthday. instead of telling me "we forgot to put your pizzas in the oven, can you come back in 45 minutes" they had me stand there waiting, each time i asked how much longer they lied "10 more minutes". I asked to talk to a manager and got "she cannot talk"....then after calling Dec 23rd to talk to manager "I'll have a higher manager call you"...that didn't happen either. Go to any of the other pizzerias in the area!

Awful customer service. They messed up, had me waiting almost an hour in their restaurant, and offered nothing, not 10% off, not even a sorry. The employees are terrible. The scariest thing is that when they close, because they will they are the worst place to get pizza in the area, those employees and managers might get jobs at other pizzerias in North Tonawanda and ruin the customer service at those restaurants too :( Please go anywhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Because we are a vegan family of 5, the food is NOT cheap! Yesterday we place an order for delivery, and the delivery person had the audacity to leave it on the porch. It is winter, in WNY... and they left the food on an OUTSIDE PORCH! But guess how I found out? The delivery person called the store, so that the store could call me. The delivery person did not knock on the door. The delivery person did not call me. They called the store. So when I went out to get the food, I call back to the store to express my concerns, and ask that a manager call me back to rectify the situation. NO ONE CALLED!!! The next day, we take the kids to a movie and my husband suggests WP and it reminds me that no one called back. So I tell him about what happened and we call back to speak to a manager. Their only offer is to remake it. That's it. No apology, nothing extra. Just the same thing that I've already paid for. Never again. The worst service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

This afternoon, around 4 o'clock, we ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza. We were told it would be about one hour, we waited almost 2 hours before we called to find out what happened to the pizza when my wife talked to the person. We were told that we didn't order that we ordered something else and it was for pickUp. we never order for pick up, we always order for delivery. So she calls back and she's put on hold for 20 minutes. She hangs up calls back and they don't give her any explicit reason why. they basically were silent on the phone.

Emily from Wurlitzer makes vegan pizzas. They are the best vegan pizzas for parties. We Buffalo residents are fortunate for having them. I once took 6 huge vegan pizzas for an event and everyone said they loved it and some notes down the name of the restaurant.I also LOVE their vegan ice creams and other desserts. Very tasty ❤️
The vegan options are OUTSTANDING. It’s so amazing that they not only offer so many options but they put so much hard work and creativity into providing those options as well. It’s legit like our whole own pizza place experience which is incredible. The vegan taco is also so good! You can’t forget to stop at the ice cream counter for some plant based treats either. So grateful to have a place like this in NT!

Great food. Your tacos are the only ones I can eat in this town except for my own but you need to make the taco meat like crumbsNot big hunks. The meat needs to be crumbs. It used to be but lately the taco meat has been big hunks and I can't eat them any more. Please go back to fine taco meat.

Great find on our way back into the US from Toronto. The vegetarians and carnivores in the group were all happy here, had something for everything and the service was fantastic too! As a vegetarian I recommend the vegan chicken sub and the vegan wings.Vegetarian options: Incredibly impressed with the vegan options! So good and worth it.
