This Tim Hortons is just full of service that doesn’t care and I’ve gone there and been told the Tim bits aren’t ready or something is down. Like pulled up to this place twice and been told nah we don’t have that and then just pull away and it’s like why did I even bother again.

This place is horrible. They have gotten so many of my orders wrong. They false advertise. If you order online and if they are out they don’t let you know they just charge you and just don’t give you the food. I’ve ordered iced coffee and they got it completely wrong. Today I was there and we got lunch and the food was cold the bread was stale and over toasted. My wrap was cold and over grilled. This is the worst Tim’s ever. The staff is rude as hell. I asked for chili and was told “we don’t carry soup here” but it was on the menu.

I went to this Tim Hortons everyday for the last year, now my coffee is wrong everyday, never tastes the same. It’s one cream one sugar should be consistent never is!! Will be finding a new location!

At 2:40 pm today the two men helping me were polite, back of counter looked cleaner then most visits and all three of my drinks were made excellent unlike other visits was generally happy to get a higher quality service out of this location in specific keep up good work I know when I'll be going from now on .

I never write reviews but this location is awful. I ordered two coffees both iced they gave me one hot. When I said oh sorry these are both supposed to be iced the woman was shockingly rude and said they read it back to me. I apologized and said i didn't hear that. I said I would be happy to pay the difference and her solution was to charge me 25 cents for a cup of ice. She then told her coworkers just give her the ice she is all set. I am so polite and was just too stunned to say anything. I am honestly still in shock.

Everyday,I come to this location. Somedays it's ok most days it's ridiculous. I get a X-Large Dark Roast double double. Somedays it's perfect. Most days it's regular coffee or half dark roast, half regular coffee. Some days it's burnt some days it taste like chemicals. Consistency shouldn't be hard when it comes to making a cup of coffee. They only thing this location is consistent with is laziness. They should really get new management and step up there consistency game. Extremely upset because everyday they mess up I have to drive to a alternative Tim Hortons to fix my coffee because asking them to fix anything gets them in a tissy. Attitude and ignorance is thick throughout there staff. Let's see some changes so all your reviews don't suck!
