Paninis and cappuccinos here are the best in Northport. Small bar inside as well with decent variety of wines/sangria.

A true gem. One of the best and most authentic panni’s I’ve ever had (I had the Lupo). The owner is a fantastic and attentive guy. Everything on menu sounded great and delicious and makes deciding what to eat difficult (cause you want to try everything).

I have no words to express my gratitude to Nino, the owner of this fine establishment. Martoni Italian Gourmet is a great place to dine and cater for your special event. I heard great things about Martoni’s food and Nino’s customer service so I tried for myself ( and I travel from Patchogue ). I’m so happy I did!! The food was delicious! and Nino and his staff treated me so well every time I went to visit. Nino treats you like family and makes you feel special and puts great effort into his work. All my guests were so happy with the food there were no leftovers ☺️ I highly recommend Martoni ! I am sure you will love it too

Trono Panini ($13) with added red onions and balsamic vinaigrette ?$15 incl tax. The wait was longer than I typically wait for food 10-15 mins. The panini was warm, delicious, crunchy & flavorful. I highly recommend getting your paninis from here. They have a variety of imported Italian goods if you’re looking to purchase that as well. This is an underrated eatery in Northport! All of the paninis are hella good! The Gelato is yummy. The coffee is strong. They sell other imported goods too, like pasta, tapenade, cookies, and olive oil. There's a wine bar too!

Adorable little Italian cafe. Stop here for an espresso, panini con prosciutto and leave with a gelato.

Perfect stop for a light meal before or after a show at the Engemann Theater on Main Street in Northport. It is across the street. You place the order at the counter, and you can eat in the small dining room in the adjacent room, or a few tables outside. We ordered 2 glasses of wine, a panini sandwich and a Caprese salad. They were both excellent. The balsamic vinegar was delicious. There are many gourmet products that can be purchased. The wine was delicious. They serve gelato too.Glad we found this small spot.

I had the Martoni salad. It had lots of walnuts, roasted red peppers and shredded mozzarella. It was better than I expected! My partner raved about the Parma ham on her sandwich and I loved stealing some of her ciabatta which was great.

I came to Martoni's Gourmet for a quick bite to eat after grabbing some coffee on main street. I appreciated the inside as perfectly conveys a sense of wholesomeness characteristic of authentic Italian cafes. The mint green tables outside and the bright red flowers, umbrella, and storefront created a perfect, aesthetically pleasing contrast. The best part about this cafe was the food! I was really satisfied with their panini consisting of ham and mozzarella pressed onto ciabatta bread. A combination of melted cheese, smooth and buttery, with the crunch of the ciabatta made for a delicious meal!Even though the panini sandwich was a bit pricey and took a bit long to make, I would have forgiven these points unless it wasn't for the slightly poor service and the low morale. Even though my boyfriend ordered for both of us and was ready to pay, with me present, the staff member thought our order was one I had made on my own as a completely separate customer. We ended up waiting more time than he had to because of this mistake. It's not a huge deal, but this interaction makes me wary of coming back as I would prefer a smoother customer service experience.

Martoni is such a sweet spot. It makes you feel like you are in a little Italian cafe. My girlfriend and I went for a late lunch/happy hour and we were not disappointed. We ordered a delicious panini which was fresh, warm and on amazing bread. We also had the homemade Sangria and Rose wine plus a wonderful charcuterie platter. The platter had olives, assorted Italian meats and cheeses and was presented beautifully. I wish I had room for a gelato after. Maybe next time...
