So went to burger king April 20, 2024 at about 3.30 pm. Normally I stay and eat but I was rushing home. I CANNOT eat any fast food except its fresh out the flyer or off the grill and the sandwiches cut in half.Everytime I place my order the manager has an attitude with me. For one he hates black people in my opinion. This is why he only hires Spanish people. But he don't mind taking our money.I order the same thing everytime he even admitted he know it was my order. The manager brought my food to me 5 mins after I ordered fries no salt and fresh out the fryer.I didn't even realise this man was a Narcissist. I saw him coming with the food 5 mins after I order. I said to him it's not fresh. The manager double down and said yes.The fries had salt on it, I suffer with high Blood pressure and the sandwich was nasty. I call the store to tell him he owes me a meal.This man double down and said he gave me everything fresh. It's as if only Spanish people can get it your way at burger king.Burger King means you can get it your way. I couldnt eat the food so I gave it to a homeless man who gulped it down. I didn't want to throw it out.This is the second time I told him off the grill and my fries were cold. this man started to explain how he gave me the fries hot, but because I was sitting in the burger king it got cold.I always test my food as I get it. Needless say I won't go back to the Burger king in Oceanside. Something is wrong with that Manager.He also hires a certain type of employees. The pretty young girls. I wonder why.Edit: So I accidentally left my navy blue sweater shirt on Saturday. I called about an hour ago 4.22.2024 the Manager is insisting he didn't see it.Ok this is oceanside side no one steals someone sweater. This man is so out there he might have thrown my clothes in the trash.So not only did I lose $9 but I also lost my sweater I paid $25 for.

Manager was rude today when I visited and purchased a family meal for dinner. Being 66, I asked if there was a senior discount promo and the manager, who is Hispanic and quite young, told me there was none and that she did not care that the Baldwin and Freeport BK's honor the elderly and offer a senior discount. She is an elitist and quite frankly most unpleasant. I was shocked she is the manager because quite frankly she could care less about customers. Ownership should fire her and better yet provide her with proper training and teach her people skills. My family and I will never return to the Oceanside BK. Plenty of other convenient choices in the area.

I come To the this location often bc it is near my home ! The managwr Is rude ! ALWAYS i asked For my food to be cooked to order when i got to the window The food is already waiting ! Meaning it was not cooked to order ! The fries And onion rings have simply just been thrown back into the fryer And ny Burgers are COLD! The manager Or a gentleman who appeared to be the manager ( his behavior was deplorable IF HE WAS the manager) and he needs to be let go as this is not my first time receiving poor customer service and disgusting cold reheated food !

It makes me wonder if the burger king headquarters knows how the employees of this establishment treat their customers! The managers have no education and manners whatsoever! They speak bad about the customers in Spanish, I do speak Spanish and I could not believe what I heard! A customer gave them a coupon and they called the person a Chupacabra in Spanish! I strongly believe that the issue should be addressed to other venues and make sure NY State consumers affairs and Nassau County are informed! The hamburger is unpleasantly soggy and tasteless! 07/12/23 at 6:20 pm! The male Spanish manager is absolutely disgusting! Please learn how to have some class and improve your broken English! Never again!

One of the better BK's. The staff was friendly and professional. Service was fast through the drive-thru which was clean and free of trash. The food was passable, hot, and fresh.
