Disgusting attitude. Not friendly, not courteous, just pushy and disrespectful! Waited a total of 30 minutes for white rice that finished, kept saying 5 minutes, ended up being 30, then by the time the rice was made the steak finished. So now 10 more minutes. Horrible management and disgusting attitude.

Every time I come here, since it is the closest to my house, I have to wait forever cause nothing is ever ready. I’m actually sitting here right now waiting for rice and steak it’s been over 30 mins. There is a long line for the to go orders. Everyone is getting frustrated. I do feel bad for the staff and never give them a hard time cause it’s nothing they can really do if they don’t have enough hands on deck, but sheesh!!! Someone gotta come in here and find a better and cleaner way of running things.Update: They were making chicken this entire time I’ve been waiting, so now I have to wait an extra 10 mins for steak. This is ridiculous.

Oceanside location is just way too inconsistent. One week it’s good one week it sucks. So far last few times they are scraping the bottom of the stainless steal for the last bits of chicken and fishing for black beans in the liquid. Also Plopping in big clumps of rice. I wish they were better because I really like chipotle chicken! . O’side staff works hard I’m sure

So, I was starving & wanted to grab something quick. The menu looked good so, I ordered a taco & a bowl w/ rice, beans, grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato & cheese. It was horrible, unedible!!! I tossed it in the garbage & walked over a few stores to Pizziola (which is always good) grabbed a slice & a rice ball (yum!). If you haven't tried Chipotle yet, don't bother!!!

The online app delivered my teenage son burnt chicken with a clumped together lump of rice w most of if not all of the ingredients missing .. which was clearly marked on the label ticket on the bag..people who mess up on delivery orders purposely should not have a job to come to or receive a paycheck that clearly wasn't earned l!!

Got ignored by 3 people when I walked in trying to get my pick up order that wasn’t ready after 30 minutes. The reason I say ignored was because I walked in first and two other people were acknowledged before me. They stop restocking items an hour before closing. They were out of rice and weren’t making more.

Probably the worst Chipotle on Long Island. Constantly out of ingredients and the it’s completely mismanaged.
I love the food here and I don’t think I’ve ever been unsatisfied. They have the best tortillas here and the chips are LEGENDARY. I wouldn’t say the workers are friendly but they never come across as hostile. I’d be stressed out too with the amount of people coming here!!I haven’t actually sat down to eat at this location in years because none of the tables are ever clean. I dont pay much mind to the atmosphere because of how much I love the food.The drink machine was broken for maybe two years.. but finally got fixed a few days ago.they’re currently closed for the next five days because of a “plumbing issue“ which is really disappointing.Kid-friendliness: The kids quesadilla is so good, but you should get it inside probably gonna order on Uber eats because you have way more options

Food is what you expect from a Chipotle. Staff are generally nice and do their best. There used to be long lines at peak hours and they are not agile to respond by adding an extra person to deal with this which is a management problem. I avoid peak hours now but they seem to be getting better. I haven't come across an issue such as them being out of guac recently. It used to be a problem before.Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito and sofritas (tofu) burrito. Similar options for tacos and bowls.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options are availableParking: Open lot with over 50 spots

I love chipotle but when I walk into this one in Oceanside I hate what I see. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. The fat pigs behind the counter not only give me dirty looks and roll their eyes when I ask for my food, but they proceed to give me the littlest portions for such an expensive price. This place is a disgusting barn and I even saw a worker in the back that looked like he was cracked out when he was squashing the guacamole. This place deserves to burn in hell, for eternity.
