Came in to snag a chocolate chip and one of the employees blessed me with free iced cream with my warm cookie and mannnnnn that was the best cookie combo I ever had, I ended up buying my girlfriend one. I’ll for sure be back to try all the flavors.

Duchess cookies is not only the cutest most stylish place but their cookies are AMAZING! They have tons of flavors and every cookie looks delicious. My favorites are the red velvet, the chocolate cheesecake, the almond and jam, the unicorn.... honestly they're all good.The flavors are so varied and they add new and seasonal flavors often. There staff is awesome too. Do yourself a favor and stop by, pick up a cookie for yourself or someone you love. Thank me later.
Went to Duchess Cookie for the first time and to say they were delicious is an understatement! We bought 6 and got 7th free and each cookie was soft,warm and fresh! Christine served us and was so nice and explained the special of the day which included free ice cream! Will definitely come back and they had much better selection than Chip City.

The best cookies ever !!! They remind me of the way Chip City cookies used to taste when they first opened up in Astoria, I stopped going to Chip City when I noticed the change in taste and texture! After purchasing a chocolate chip cookie at Duchess and biting into it for the first time it brought me back to when I would wait on a block long line to get my cookie !! I have tried all the flavors at Duchess and I have not been disappointed so far !! Amazing cookies and amazing customer service!! You have to try !!
Tried 7 flavors of cookies. Absolutely tasteless. So tastless that I considered to take a covid test. Trying to complete w/ Chip City. The only flavors that I was able to identify was the banana. It had a hint of over ripe banana taste but more of an artificial taste. And the leftovers were tossed in the trash. This is my opinion. Yours may differ. There are alot of positive reviews. I am just one person.

Christine (blonde woman with braces?) very rude. Huffed and puffed and very rudely ignored us because we had to figure out which cookies we wanted when each cookie has a paragraph description. She was incredibly impatient with knowing there’s a lot to choose from expendable from new customers.We never have been here before and having that type of customer service was beyond rude. ZERO personality.Never coming back here. She shouldn’t be working there either

Grub Hub Delivery Date : March 9, 2024I had bought food to work with me, which I may or may not end up eating later now that I have eaten two cookies from Duchess cookies. When I was driving to work I felt like an ooeey gooey doughy soft chocolate chip cookie. So I did something I try to not do a lot because it gets expensive and I placed an order through grub hub from duchess cookies.I got the strawberries and cream energy drink. The cream part was a little too much on the sweet side for me but once I drank that all and had the strawberry part it wasn't too sweet. Maybe I should have tried mixing it up.I got the chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate peanut butter cookie. The chocolate chip cookie didn't disappoint, it's just what I wanted. Nice and soft, gooey, doughy and slightly crispy on the outside. The chocolate peanut butter cookie was good but not great.Overall it's not a bad cookie place to get cookies from!
