I love this place & the owner. So it’s really hard for me to say that I had a bad experience and will never get another sandwich made there. I will buy packed pasta and cold cuts or something from cold case. Sandwich had a black hair in it and my hair is blonde. I don’t know what the kitchen staff are doing but that’s gross. Do better with sanitation issues by training your staff and making sure they are keeping their hair covered and up. You lost me as a customer for sandwiches.

I always buy my ricotta from here but this time it was dry & crumbly when it should be creamy especially for what they charge also got the frozen gnocchi which were like rocks …horrible. On to the fresh mozzarella which was hard and bland absolutely no flavor at all! Is someone new cooking?

The very best on the market. Freshly made Pastosa Ravioli comes in two sizes round or square. They cook perfectly and are deliciously creamy. All product's sold by Pastosa are tops the other item I always purchase is their ready made tomato sauce just delicious. They previously also make special platters for instance I've pre-ordered ready made lasagna, eggplant parmigiana for Christmas both just outrageously delicious. They have been in existence for many years and have many loyal customers and I'm at the top of the list.

Used to be my favorite deli, it's gone a little down on my list. Cold cuts don't always taste as fresh as that used too, but overall 9/10 times is still good. The fresh mozzarella and dry Italian sausage are great. Wonderful variety of olives, and the hot sandwiches are great. No dine in, but very specious and plenty to look around and buy. Staff are very friendly.
