The service is TERRIBLE I waited about 35 minutes for someone to take me and my friends order they brought our food out one by one and mind u it was nine of us one of my friends finished her food before anyone else could even get there’s and it was birthday I got my food second to last and my other friend didn’t get her food until we was ready to just leave and they had no choice but to give it to her free bc one she waited about 2 hours for it and two she couldn’t even sit and eat they should’ve gave me mine free but they said they couldn’t but I waited as long as my friend and it was my birthday it they told me bc all the food is fresh it to long but that was just ridiculousAnd the food is ok I had the salmon pasta the pasta was so unseasoned the salmon was to a little my friend got the jerk chick pasta the pasta was unseasoned but the chicken was good they should have our extra sauce from the chick on it

My wife and I went on a Thursday night. It was moderately crowded but we were sat immediately. The food was very high quality with excellent seasoning. We had Salmon pasta, Shrimp and fries, calamari, and jerk chicken skewers. There was only one waitress but she was efficient and courteous. The live DJ was so good he might have been making a mixtape. It was a little bit more expensive than a commercial restaurant but was well worth it. My wife and I had a great time and I highly recommend.

Terrible Experience…. Ordered the Calamari and it tasted like it was fried in old oil… 5 wings for 19 dollars…. Ordered 4 dinners and they brought all 4 out at separate times with gaps so big that I asked for the last plate to just be made to go… on top they added 20 % gratuity for a restaurant that didn’t even comeback once in 2 hours to offer water…. Trash throw it away….

The customer service was HORRIBLE! my friends and I went here on Tuesday night, it wasn’t busy, we were standing at the door for at least 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. The food and drinks took a long time to come out, in other establishments the drinks come out first, we had our food for at least 30 mins before the drinks came out. The tacos were 18$ which is fine….if the quality and portion size matched. The shrimp were almost salad size. They were extremely small. The taco was mostly tortilla. The taco was baby shrimp and LETTUCE! Yes, just lettuce not another veggie in sight. The shrimp weren’t fresh and had a stale or freezer taste to them. This is a seafood restaurant. For the life of me I cannot understand how poorly cooked these shrimp tacos were. The food took over 25-30 mins to arrive. 20-30 mins for baby shrimp, lettuce, a drizzle of sauce, and tortillas. I ordered a martini it never arrived and I had to cancel. The food came. The drink still didn’t come. I finished my baby tacos and the drink wasn’t ready YET. AtThat point I cancelled it.ServiceThe service was abysmal. I felt like I was at a McDonald’s during rush hour. The place is packed and they have ONE bartender. They automatically add a 20% gratuity which was fine if the service matched. We sat for over 20 mins before we received water. Yes WATER friends. We asked for a pen to sign the check. It never came. Service was horrible. Staff were on their phones. Also paid for eggs, and sausage and extra corn and did not receive until five mins before bill came out. On top of that they did bring appetizer until after entrée. Portion size is very sad , felt very cheated. Traveled over 40+ MINS AND SPENT OVER $500 AND WAS VERY DISGUSTED ! They most definitely didn't not deserve that 73$ gratuity that is automatically taken . Do not waste your money

Figured why not go out on a decent Friday night to support an establishment that quite often pops up on my timeline. Well again will I go to this place. The drink was weak. The food made me sick almost instantly to the point I thought I damn near had food poisoning. I started off with the Trio which was extremely mediocre. The salmon tastes sour as if I had been left out way too long prior to cooking it. And the calamari tastes like it came straight out of the box. To top it off when the boil arrived only having to remind the staff 25 minutes later that my table still never got anything was beyond disgusting. The crab legs look like scraps that were left over from the fish market and they were completely cold. The pan came with a piece of corn, on red potato, and full of dark grease. I asked for medium spice the food was bland. I will never again visit this establishment. The service was trash, the food lacked everything. And the quality was not there at all. Needless to say I felt so sick before I left and couldn't finish my food, nor did I want to take any of it to go. I had to leave with my coat off in the middle of winter that's how awful I felt, and as soon as I stepped outside, I immediately threw up.
