Food is really small for the price. It's smaller than a McDonald's dollar menu burger. Tastes great, but I can't see going often. I feel like they shrunk in the last 10 yrs or so that I went to the one in Garden City or my memory is bad. The shakes were good and filling. The Togo order I had was weird, being the burger was in the same open wrapper as in the restaurant and fries in an open container. By the time my husband got to eat ,it was cold, and I live 5 minutes away.

In all complete honesty the burgers were too salty and just tasted bad. The cheese on the cheese fries just tastes artificial, didn't like it at all

This shake shack was slightly annoying The food took longer than I expected and of course it takes a while to get food from shake shack I'm talking about 45 minutes on a not so crowded night. The people working in the kitchen seemed on point but the counterstaff seem to be delirious.

Service was fairly quick no complaints about that. I did order French Fries with cheese and when I got home there was when I tell you 3 fries had cheese not really worth the money if that’s what the serving should look like. Burger was ok was missing pickles that I chose to add again not the end of the world but it is pretty pricey to get home and be disappointed.Otherwise place looks nice. Staff was friendly but disappointed in the food.

Got the Korean style fried chicken sandwich, which was underwhelming. I won't be getting it again. But the standard chicken sandwich, fries, custard etc are still pretty good.
Food was fine, but service is horrible. I was in there with 1 other person and food took 20 mins, not sure what the 5 employees were

Like fellow Yelper Kid L mentioned below, everytime I go here I have a completely different experience than what many past reviews have described. It appears that this location has gotten finally their groover after having a bit of a rocky start. I came in yesterday for the 3rd time since writing my initial 5-star review last December, and on each occasion they really hit the mark. The food has been ready fast and comes out super hot. Yesterday I tried their Korean-style burger (ok.. I admit, I got a double) and it was ohh-sooo-good. I even got a side of spicy fries, because let's face it, how can you not. I could go on and on about how good this combo hits but just check out my pictures below this review. Friendly staff, easy to use kiosks if you're feeling anti-social, clean bathrooms, ample seating and water station with plenty of water cups.. that's a 5-star Shake Shack experience if you ask me! Elite tip: If ordering for pickup or delivery, check online for promo codes. They often have a BOGO or a decent percentage off

I visited at 2pm this afternoon 23, Feb ,2024 and had two burgers, two fresh French fries, and two iced teas. The store felt very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the manager and staff were very friendly and willing to help the children. I was touched. Thank you. Thanks to you, I had a delicious meal and had a great afternoon.
