“I have never had a bad experience here and been in this area for 20yrs. Today though the staff went out and beyond to help me. I brought my 2.5yr old inside for the first time. We have slowly been exposing him to the world(covid baby). He was alittle over whelmed. We had one employee approach him with a toy another offer a cup of whip cream and cherries. Another employee playing with him while we waited and talked to him to help calm him down. When the food was done which was so fast, we had our food carried to the table and set up for us. Thank you for helping and going out and beyond everyone that worked today! Truly appreciated.“
“Small, super cute, delicious place! I stopped here in between office appointments to grab a quick sandwich. I ordered the blt with the wrap (trying to be less carbs) but since they were out, the world was telling me a different thing, and I had it on their homemade brioche bun. Oh my delish! The bread was great, turkey and cheese and bacon were all amazing! I will definitely stop here again.“
“Stopped in to do some work and the only complaint I had was having to leave at 2:30 because they were closing! Wonderful, bright, friendly place to chill, or in my case, set up and work. Lots of outlets, free wifi that was great for my teams meetings. The latte was delish and they even had gluten free cookie selections. It was cute, comfy and I'll probably be back ? not-so-secretly wishing they were opened later “

“I ordered on the goal my order was available when I walked in I sent down, I ordered a new item a Ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croisnt.... It was very good however it could have been just a little warmer. I also had coffee which is your typical Dunkin Donuts coffee that was good also hot like it should be..... The interior of the store was neat and clean note issues at all finding a clean tables to sit in..... Young lady behind the counter was very very friendly..... No food pics this time....Parking: Plenty of parking it was plowed no big issues getting in or out most of the ice and snow was taking care of.....“
“Service was great and the coffee was right, which is saying a lot considering most Dunkin's lately can't get a iced coffee with cream and sugar correct!! But this one has exceptional employees willing to take the time to get it right the first time, this is a Dunkin I'd actually recommend going to instead of staying away from!! “I only get one kind of drink and normally bagels or one kind of doughnut. Never been not satisfied here. Once I was given the wrong doughnut, and once I was given a coffee. With coffee grounds in it. But no matter how many mistakes they make they always make it right. I got the doughnut I wanted and I got the drink I wanted. I will always go back here for the holes and cream.“
“I'm an over-the-road truck driver I was making a delivery to Walmart in Marcy, NY. My truck broke down and unfortunately i was stuck at the he gas station/ truck. From the management to the counter associate they were very friendly they were it was a pleasure ordering and getting my food I was stuck for 5 days and I could say the brightest part of the whole event was going to dunkin' donuts speaking with the the people that were working there. TBH I'm not a fan of Dunkin donuts, i prefer Tim Hortons but i can say that i will stop at that store again when i have a nothParking: There are plenty of wheelchair accessible parking spaces isn't an issue at thisKid-friendliness: They are very friendly warm and friendly environment in their kids are more than they actually pay special attention to kids there and my children were younger I would have no problem taking them there actually the one one person I can't remember her name she had brown hair she was usually she was the one that was opening in the mornings on the weekends when I was there younger she was very good with the kids and I believe she was the manager she had she was a little older long hair brown not glasses she was very warm and friendly with every customer that came in she had a conversation you could tell that you're from a regulars to new people that were coming in she made you feel at homeWheelchair accessibility: It was very wheelchair accessible I don't see any problem that that location where a person in a wheelchair would have any problems“
