Stopped in for a quick lunch as I was in Oneonta for some business. Located on Main Street with parking for two hours, I was lucky to find a spot near the restaurant. Place was not busy so got served right away . No buffet available. Pricing is mostly similar to other Indian restaurants but little more being in downtown... I ordered naan and Malai Kofta which came with side of rice. It was delicious. Seating area was nice but limited booth seating.

This place is cozy and comfortable with quiet, prompt service. Had the chicken korma and lamb vindaloo. Vindaloo was good, but the korma was stand out! Order it spicy.I also loved the raita, they add a tiny bit of cumin to it which made me want to just devour it with a spoon. Seems to be very popular for take out.

Decent spot that I would recommend for Oneonta. In-person for pick-up seems clean and they all smile, so that left a good impression. Food tasted great and if an item is spicy they ask "how spicy" you'd like.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a restaurant until The Indian Grill - my food was brought out quickly and the portion sizes were a bargain for how much food was served. The food itself was incredible, the special chicken cheese masala was so creamy and rich with flavor - and the garlic naan I got was incredible. I wish I had gotten more since it was great. The server was also very sweet and made the experience truly special. I'll be going here more often because it was a true delight.
