If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I ordered a cake for my Thanksgiving dinner and my 80 year old grandma choked on a piece of a dirty acrylic finger nail. When I picked up my cake the owners daughter, Emily, had dirty fake nails on. I am disgusted. I also noticed multiple roaches crawling all over the store. STAY AWAY if you value your health!!!!!

horrible customer service and very rude employees. I went into their store today based on a facebook post they had made and when I got there the item was not what I had expected. I was not mad or upset, just a little confused and I asked a couple questions regarding the item. the young girl behind the counter was very rude and SO unfriendly. When I returned home I saw they made a facebook post on their page regarding our encounter and they were "making fun of me" in a passive aggressive way. Im disgusted that a business would act in such an immature and nasty way. Especially around the holidays. very unfortunate.

I arrived at the bakery at 12:10. The sign on the door stated they opened at noon. The sign still said closed. There was a car next to me in the parking lot. I waited and a couple came out a few minutes later holding cupcakes. They said they are open, just didn't turn the sign on. I walked in the door and was greeted with a young lady who loudly said you have to wait outside, we are behind and those people shouldn't have come in...wait outside. I think she saw how startled I was with her greeting and I told her it was fine, I would leave. She then said you can go sit over there and she pointed to the side. I told her no, I was leaving. And I did and I will never be back. There are plenty of other businesses who welcome customers and provide consistent customer service. Unforeseen things can happen and you can run late but lock the door then instead of berating customers when they walk in because you are still setting up your product. This particular young lady has been rude on numerous occasions. I'm done.

Some of THE best baked goods around. Like anything you get what you pay for and if you want some of the highest quality baked goods around, this is it. In regards to the complaints about service, I'll say this: if you're in a hurry and being argumentative/degrading to the staff, and then have the audacity to leave a review complaining about the staff you just yelled at, i just assume you complain about everything and nothing is ever good enough. Treat others how you want to be treated and you'll never have a problem with service here.

was reluctant to leave a review before picking up my babies birthday cake because these people seem like the type of people to spit in your cake for a bad review but after the way i was talked to yesterday, i simply do not care. not sure if it were the owner or not but i called a week ago to inquire about a custom cake. i was told to come in within a week in which i did. im inside and filling out the custom order form with an older lady. she asks “were you given a price?” i said yes, i was told $72 or $72.99, cant remember. she laughed in my face and said “she wouldn’t have said .99”. adds everything up and says “oh….. you were right” maybe don’t treat your customers like idiots because you just lost out on 5 custom cakes a year for my children. i almost wanted to laugh in her face right back and walk out. will very much so gladly give my business to another bakery/cakery who appreciates it in the near future.

5 stars solely on the product. Presentation and taste are amazing. The cupcakes were enjoyed at our wedding. I do see the issues with the customer service though. I dealt with 3 people and 2 out of the 3 were fantastic and what you would expect. The one that seemed the elder out of the 3 was either having a really bad day or needs to stay away from customers. If I dealt with her on my first visit I would have left. Once she listened and understood that I was fine, and in there to finalize and pay for my fairly large order. Her attitude changed slightly but still subpar for the service industry.
Chubby Chix created cookies for our Vacation Bible School at our church and not only were the cookies AMAZINGLY delicious they were so so adorable. She used the different themes of our VBS and maybe seven different scenes on the cookies. We appreciated the cookies so much!

Absolutely love this bakery and always have the best experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are super busy around holidays (as you would expect from a bakery) so would recommend ordering in advance if you are looking for a specific flavor. Honestly have not had a bad cupcake or cake.
