We had a great experience tonight at Red Robin in Hamburg NY. We got in with out any wait time and our server was great. Food was awesome, and our children loved their food. It was busy for a Tuesday. Look forward to going back again.Parking: There aways busy and there is plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: Our kids love it. Definitely kid friendly. Good choices on the menu for them to choose from.
Food is over priced for what you get. My husband ordered a burger when we went recently, it was pink inside when he ordered well done. The waitress was nice enough, but absent minded. Nice salads though.

My boyfriend and I went in there a week or so ago for the first time. The service was outstanding!!!! The restaurant was clean and safe. Our waitress was extremely friendly. Surprised us with a complimentary order of fries. Food was amazing, cooked perfect!!! I can't wait to go back again. Highly recommend
