The girl that’s always working the window with the dark hair has tude for no reason. I came by to get a large triple triple with caramel and espresso. It has nothing but LOTS OF CREAM.

Monday, September 18th 2023. At approximately 1 :45 p.m.3239 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127.The person preparing the food needs to be trained about cleanliness. She was wearing a large sweater with the sleeves hanging and touching the food. While preparing my food, she was pressing the croissant with the sleeves of her sweater sleeves.I did not even take the order, I left it there and walked away. I did pay for the order I just couldn't stomach to eat it so I left it on the counter and walked away.

Honestly I can't say enough about Tim Hortons I love Tim Hortons. I don't even know how to go a day without Tim Hortons coffee, listen this is a true story I love Tim Hortons so much and my son's first words were double double. True fact I mean I don't put sugar in my coffee anymore but yeah I love Tim Hortons.

I try to avoid Tim Hortons now. Unfortunately, it was the only place for breakfast. Terrible service. Food taste awful and they didn't get order right.

Used to love Tim Hortons. My husband and I went in for the 2 for $6 specials and coffees. He asked for 2 of the sausage biscuits. They told us that they were out of sausage. How ? Also, we visited a different location a few days earlier, they had no donuts. None. These were late morning visits. Both locations had young kids who act like you're bothering them and had to repeat ourselves 3 times for a medium dark roast coffee and a large regular coffee. Deer in the headlight looks. A lot of them are in desperate need of Customer Service Training.

Tried to order 2 breakfast egg and sausage specials and they didn't have any @11AM, was told was out of sausage to just order without the sausage or with bacon, if that's what I wanted that's what I would have asked for.
