Had to be the worst patties and fried whiting I've EVER had... the fish... c'mon... really?? It was so hard and dry it may as well have been jerky.I honestly have never had a dry, flavorless patty until now. Literally was there within the last hour and it tasted like it was made at 10am.. food needs to be fresh. Sad to say, it will be my first and last time there. Very sad and disappointing.

Bought the stew chicken with rice and peas. The rice was gritty and not cooked right. 2nd time I bought this from them and this time I will really never buy their meals ever again. I’ll stick to their porrage and chicken soup when I’m desperate. The Jamaican Cravin in Whiteplains is actually very good but location in Ossining sucks and not worth the price which is over priced. Also gravy is heavy with bbq sauce ?

Craven's was one of the best Caribbean food places in Westchester. I don't know what is going on as of late, but I was highly disappointed at what I was served the other day. I ordered two pieces of whiting fish, which is something I order frequently. The person who served me stated that the fish was kind of skimpy, and so an extra piece was added. I was grateful for the gesture and didn't even bother to look at what she was talking about. When I got home, I grabbed the smallest piece from the bag and was taken back on how small the fish was. I proceeded to pull-out the other pieces and was in dismay on what I was given. The other two pieces weren't much bigger than the piece I initially pulled out. I grabbed some beef jerky to measure the scale of the fish visually and wasn't happy at all!

I first called to make sure that the restaurant was opened and a lovely young lady answered and I found her to be very knowledgeable about the food being served and various items on the menu and she kindly provided me with the address, upon arrival I was greeted by a women behind the counter however she was on the phone with a customer placing an order and she acknowledged me while on the phone I patiently waited and once she finished she apologized and kindly took my order, I just knew by the atmosphere and the awesome customer service, that the food was going to not disappoint, my order consisted of the Rasta Pasta DELICIOUS ?? I also got the Oxtail and Mac & cheese the oxtail’s where Succulent and the portions where sizable and generous I’m happy to say should you be in the Ossining area or by way of White Plains Newyork you will not be disappointed the food is DELICIOUS and customer service friendly and welcoming I’ll be back to try various dishes by way of Jamaica ?? ??????
