“They say never judge a book by its cover, well that couldn’t be more true for Lou’s Wagon (hot dog truck). On the surface, it’s a really small white box-truck that doesn’t appear to offer much. Rest assure, that is not the case. The food and service here was great. The two hotdogs with chili, cheese and cooked onions that I purchased were very tasty. The chili had just the right consistency and the cheese actually tasted like cheese. The bread wasn’t stale and the dogs didn’t taste like they’ve been sitting in boiled water for a week. The food was fresh. The lady running the hot dog truck was extremely welcoming, quick and courteous. For anyone looking for a quick bite and tasty hot dogs at a very affordable price compared to other food trucks I’ve stopped at, this spot is a winner. They also offer hot sausage, Dr. Browns soda, chips and cookies. The food spot is perfectly located right at the corner of an intersection just off 9A and Croton Dam Rd. Give them a try. You won’t regret it!“

“Delicious food by the riverside. Local hidden gem.This food wagon has the best tacos, empanadas, and quesadilla in the area. The Cuban sandwich, pork tacos, fish tacos, and the Tequila quesadilla in particular, are really good. The Truck Burger is pretty good too. You really can't go wrong with anything off the menu.Whether you dine right there in the park or take the food elsewhere, you're guaranteed a great lunch. If you are looking for something light, I recommend the beef empanadas or even the fish tacos.Situated on the Annville Circle on Route 9, it's a great pit stop on your way any time driving near Peekskill. Definitely recommend.“
