Terrible. Drove all the way here and they turned the grill off 30 minutes before closing. I came for a quesadilla and nacho fries and they could do either due to the grill being down I was told. Ridiculous.

I tried to order breakfast from the app at around 8am. The app gave me a notification that my food was ready, but when I went to go inside, both the doors were locked. Google said they opened at 7.As someone who works in a chain restaurant, you cannot wait for over an hour to open the doors. Especially on a Saturday.

ALWAYS HAPPY staff and the food is a little messy looking but other than that I LOVE this restaurant. I'm NOT frustrated OR pissed off and the wait time is so MINIMAL it's crazy! It's a QUICK visit and you leave HAPPY and SATISFIED, and NOT like you would if you went to EAST SIDE McDonald's. That place is HORRIFIC and their service is TERRIBLE. I really CHOOSE THIS Taco Bell over ANY restaurant in the WORLD!

As I stepped into the Taco Bell nestled in Oswego, NY, I was greeted by the tantalizing aroma of sizzling meat and freshly baked tortillas. Nestled in a bustling part of town, this particular Taco Bell has become a beacon for locals and visitors alike, drawing them in with its promise of bold flavors and quick service. One of the standout features of this Taco Bell experience is undoubtedly their innovative mobile app. From the moment I downloaded it, I was hooked. Ordering my favorite items became a breeze with just a few taps on my smartphone screen. Not only does the app offer a seamless ordering process, but it also provides exclusive deals and offers that keep me coming back for more.Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service. Despite the steady stream of customers, the staff at Oswego's Taco Bell remained calm and collected, ensuring that each order was prepared with precision and delivered with a smile. The wait time was minimal, thanks to their commitment to speed and accuracy. But it's not just the speed of service that sets this Taco Bell apart—it's the quality of the food. Each bite was a burst of flavor, from the savory seasoned beef to the crisp lettuce and tangy salsa. Whether I was indulging in a classic Crunchwrap Supreme or trying their latest limited-time offering, I was consistently impressed by the freshness and taste of every ingredient. What truly makes the Oswego Taco Bell a standout dining destination is its ability to combine convenience, affordability, and deliciousness into one satisfying package. Whether I'm grabbing a quick bite on my lunch break or treating myself to a late-night snack, I know I can always count on Taco Bell to deliver an exceptional experience, both in-store and through their user-friendly app. In a world where time is precious and cravings are constant, Taco Bell Oswego is truly the best thing since sliced bread.

We have ordered from the Oswego NY location Taco Bell quite a bit and every single something is missing and or something is messed up. We have called every time sometimes we can’t even get through because they have unhooked the phone, and other times the manager or worker who answers the phone isn’t pleasant at allWe ordered tonight we got quite a bit of food and we were missing a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights and the bag was so disgusting from the food not being properly wrapped and the cinnamon twists were all over the bag inside the wrapper of the one soft taco and broken into tiny pieces.

Constantly ending breakfast service well before 11am, not fulfilling orders placed through the app claiming it's because they "ran out of product". If you do place an order in the app you won't find out until you show up that they won't be making it for you. They will confirm your order at the speaker, make you wait at the window, and then tell you "oops sorry we can't make your order, too bad!" Awful service, staff including management would not issue a refund for an order they refused to make until I threatened to call my bank.

This Place is good overall, I hate to see 1 off bad experiences negate the over all score. The only one time I had something off was cold fries but that was one time, this is a college town so expect high turnover rate, quality can vary from shift to shift and season to season but over all 4 out of 5

Taco Bell has always been my favorite franchise. I spent over FIFTY DOLLARS on my last order and actually had to argue with the drive-thru attendant about whether or not my custom motorcycle was a motorized vehicle. She was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude rite off the bat. The manager actually intervened and finally took my order after the girl threatened me with law enforcement because she didn't like the fact that she had been proven wrong. She told me she didn't have to serve me because she was the manager and had the power to do whatever she wants. Then out of spite gave me a bunch of Tacos that were empty. It was late and by the time I got home and realized what she did they were closed of course. I didn't catch her name but almost every time I have been here they have been extremely rude and condescending towards me and other customers that were in line and in the drive-thru. This isn't the first time I have received spiteful food either. I am always polite, social, friendly and easy to get along with and these guys are snobby and arrogant. I feel really bad for the owner of this store because he had to babysit these jerkoffs that could care less about the quality of their work or whether or not they are generating enough revenue to prevent crossing the threshold of economic injury. All they care about is how fast the time clock ticks, how much their paycheck will be, etc. Some of them actually get off on abusing their power and ability to decide who they serve and how they serve them. THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE RESIDING IN THE CITY OF OSWEGO ARE TERRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS!
