I gave this place 4 stars nine years ago. I want to edit it and just say that the prices have skyrocketed and the service has crashed in that amount of time. With all of the good pizza joints within 15-20 mins of Otisville, you might consider going somewhere else where you will spend 1/4 less money and not get someone behind the counter who will ruin your experience by being completely miserable

Delivery took over 1 hour and 20 minutes , wayyy overpriced for just one pie spending 30$ that’s ridiculous. Staff service was perfect delivery driver was really nice other than that it was not somewhere I will be spending my money again . The pizza itself was also

The lady ONCE again answering the phone who just happens to be an owner is so NASTY!! I had no issue waiting extra time for delivery and paying the $3 delivery fee but when she found out I’m right around the corner she became even nastier “you can’t just come here if you’re right around the corner”….well here I am trying to pack because I just closed on a new home today and my youngest currently has RSV but yes I’ll be there when my food is done. This will be the very last time I step foot in there. The food is good, but TERRIBLE customer service.

We ordered pick up, food was ready on time. Pizza crust is thinner and crispy which is exactly the way I like it! Good sauce, plenty of cheese. The order of wings is 12 which is 2-4 more than most places offer. The mild sauce was good, wings were crispy, no flabby skin!! The menu is extensive, lots to choose from. I was a little surprised at the price - 2 personal pizzas and order of wings was $52. But, I understand the price of everything is going up. I'm looking forward to trying more items on their menu.

I'm from New York City so maybe I'm spoiled but this pizza was the definition of mediocre. Greasy, thick crust and pretty bland... Then again it's way up state and was as good or better than most other local options. Staff was friendly and the space was clean with plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Customer service at its finest ! Lady who’s there during the day completely nasty and straight up just miserable looking. She was rude to my 17 year old and literally ordered 3 different slices she managed to mess that up too. Definitely need to do
