I can't believe pizza hut dropped it's standard! That sauce use to be AMAZING! Now sauce is cheap sauce, cheap cheese. I ordered the stuffed crust & the mozzarella is so salty. The pizza is so dry & they don't give u no marinara sauce or any seasonings on it! I use to love coming here as a kid for all my birthdays but that tomato sauce needs to come back & cheese needs to be better!
The pizza wasn't cooked all the way through. The edges were okay but the middle was horrible. First time having this experience here after so many years. Maybe a new cook...

My experience was very bad the have my pizza ready and keep me waiting for 45mins and they staff don't seems to care . They ignore me completely with an attitude management needs to look into this. That goes for both employees working at the register from 3pm to 3.45 pm today.

This place has made so many mistake and given me cold or stale pizza at least 3 times. I give them another chance and they disappoint you over and over again. They send you an email survey and you tell them that the food is cold and unedible and they say sorry we will try harder and that was it. I didn't expect anything the first two times I complained, this time , the facted that the bread stick were stale , I expected a refund of a comp for my next visit. Nothing! Will never step foot in there again. What happened to you Pizza Hut you were so good and then gave up?
