The food was fresh like i requested but the lady at the first window, taking orders and money at 7:50 pm on 4/14 had a snobby attitude behind the window. I request a second time for the fries to be fresh in a nice way and I heard her say make him wait an hour for fresh fries. Her name was Loretta or close to that. Just that comment alone shouldn’t have been made at all bc I wanted fresh fries due to the fact I have a 10 plus min drive home and most frequently I end up with old or burnt fries from this establishment. She should not be wearing the shirt she does. Manager or crew training should not be her title. I use to work at this establishment and always have understood if it’s a long wait or something comes out a little wrong. I would love to give a 5 start rating like I have in the past but I shouldn’t hear those kinda comments from an employee. I’m absolutely upset about this visit and if I see her there taking my money I will drive away. Thank you McDonald’s employee for ruining my evening.

One night where there was five cars ahead of me at the drive thru and there was obviously new staff working. Service was incredibly slow. I only ordered a Happy Meal for my one child. While in line, I then ordered a pizza for my other family members. By time I got through line 45 MINITES LATER, the pizza had been done for over 15 minutes. Then at the window, the worker tried giving me the wrong order. I told him I had a Happy Meal with a smoothie. He said he would go make the smoothie, and he then proceeds to go to the front counter to take an order!?!. Three minutes more of waiting at the window and this guy manager comes over and tries giving me the wrong order again. I tell him nicely I had the Happy Meal. Three more minutes of waiting and they finally give me the Happy Meal and smoothie. Meanwhile, my son was crying and I was wondering why this took longer than a pizza order or heck a sit down meal in a diner. Fast food???I called corporate and the girl listened to my concern and was nice. She said the store manager would reach out. A few days later someone from Joe Gialil's office called and said the store manager would reach out, but I guess store manager Amanda didn't have the time or care, because I never heard from her.Let me contrast this terrible experience with one I had at Little Falls McDonald's the following week. Waited in line for like 15 minutes at the drive through. Got to the window and the shift manager apologized and offered me a free meal next time I came out to their restaurant. Palatine McDonald's take a lesson in customer service from these guys. Once Dunkin comes in to Palatine you'll no longer be the only fast food I don't have to get out of my car place in town. Step up your game or get pushed aside

Everytime we get food ..it's made sloppy and fries are always old . Can't keep up with the McDonald's app ..when I order ahead they don't see it until I'm there arguing with them that I made a order ..also how do you get a very undercooked burger from a fast food place?! Also no gloves while making food and staff do unsanitary stuff while handling food .. I give up on this place

I don’t normally write reviews and I normally don’t have an issue at McDonalds. I come here often to order food. But tonight I came through and I’m in drive thru which has a long line. It’s dinner time so it’s to be expected. But I get to the speaker to order and I was completely ignored. I sat there for over 10 minutes while they took MULTIPLE cars on the other speaker. Cars that had showed up 5 minutes after I had already been waiting. I continued to wait. Even moved my car up a little to see if they just didn’t know I was there. Nothing. I waited until the line behind me was completely gone because I couldn’t even pull out to simply leave and they still took ANOTHER order on the other speaker. And they had taken orders on the same speaker I was in before me so it wasn’t broken. I don’t know what was going on but I’m angry I sat in line for over 20 minutes to be completely ignored. Especially when I come here often and never have issues.
I was in line for 25 mins drive thru. I paid for my food. drove to pick up window 1. I then waited an additional 10 mins at the window. There were 2 young women working. they literally stood there for 10 minutes doing absolutely nothing! I said excuse me, we have been in line total 35 mins. She hands us our soda. another few minutes go buy, she hands us our food, closes the window. Thank you would be a pleasant exchange. No, just shuts the window. I open the bag. The large French Fries are burnt and cold. the triple cheeseburgers were burnt and dried up. I called the 800 number to complain. Of course the phone goes unanswered. I then tried to call the store, of course no answer. So here I am reviewing the absolute worst McDonald's I have EVER been to, in my entire life. Way to go, lazy millennials, make your generation look worse than it already is. McDonald's you failed. I will never eat at your restaurant again. A word of advice to the young women working there. wash your faces off, literally and figuratively. if you want to do better for yourself, go to trade skill, college etc. Because I can tell you, McDonald's isn't going to be putting your lazy, unprideful employees, in a manage training program any time soon. Learn to show pride in your work.
